Summary:
The Cowgirl Cabin is an open studio nestled in a clearing in a forested park-like setting on 70 acres. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner induction stove, convection oven, microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster, and dining table. The couch corner has a couch, a comfy chair, and coffee table. There are two queen beds in the sleeping area. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower. The cabin has a Bluetooth speaker, WiFi, bbq, a front porch and back deck.
Guest Access:
There is a front porch with two comfy chairs and a kit by horseshoe chair for some front porch sitting. We’ve recently had our back deck completely rebuilt. It has a table and chairs and an umbrella in the summer, a bbq and a super peaceful view out into the forest.
There is an open meadow next to the cabin with horseshoes, tether ball and croquet. You are welcome to wander our land and explore!
The cabin is completely private but is nearby our bunkhouse. There may be guests or other events happening at the time of your visit but our quiet time is 10pm.
The Neighborhood:
This is a very remote location tucked into the mountains, but behind a gate with a keypad entry.
Getting Around:
We are located about a mile from Lake Selmac and four miles from the tiny town of Selma. There is plenty of parking on site.
Other Things to Note:
We also have a few other rentals that are listed on Airbnb including a bunkhouse that sleeps up to 20 and a dining hall. If you are interested in hosting an event here or are looking for another dwelling to rent, please send me a message to see if I can accomodate you!
Interaction with Guests:
My husband and I live on site so you may see us wandering around the property. We are available to chat or are happy to give you your space.
