Brilliant Pool, lovely villa
After some difficulty finding the property, we settled in to Campanet. Days were mainly spent by the pool and the accommodation provided great flexibility. It was very hot.
For it to be a 5 Star property, it needed Air Conditioning and a bit more introductory information on the house and things to do in the area. Small things.

Glorious outdoor living
We really loved the outdoor space, even if the pool was a bit cold. Two bedroom are small, really for children. The house is well equipped, spotless, great outdoor kitchen and BBQ and outdoor fridge! The owners are friendly and helpful. It is tricky to find the first time so make sure your phone has enough juice for google maps, and doesn't die like mine did! Campanet just up the road has a great and amazing value restaurant in the square. Perfect for a group to have fun!

Ein wunderschƶner Familienurlaub
Wir waren mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern in dieser wunderschƶnen Finca und haben jeden Augenblick dort sehr genossen. Es war alles perfekt, die Lage, die Ausstattung, der Empfang, die Umgebung. Wir wollen alle wiederkommen!!!

Schƶne & saubere Finca
Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden, sowohl mit der Finca an sich als auch mit der Kommunikation mit der Agentur. Die Finca ist sehr abgelegen, aber mit einem Mietwagen kein Problem.

Herrliche, grosszĆ¼gige Finca ausgestattet mit allem, was man fĆ¼r einen schƶnen Urlaub braucht.
Sa Xabola ist eine wunderschƶne, sehr groĆzĆ¼gig angelegte Finca ausgestattet mit allem, was man fĆ¼r einen super schƶnen Aufenthalt benƶtigt. Der Pool (welcher inmitten eines typisch mallorquinischen Gartens steht) ist richtig groĆ, kann mit verschiedenen Farben beleuchtet werden und ist durch ein spezielles Ablauf-/FrischwasserzufĆ¼hrungssystem immer sauber. Superklasse! Sehr praktisch war auch das ExtragebƤude mit Dusche und Toilette neben dem Pool.
Die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes verbrachten wir auf der Terrasse. Entweder im Chill-
Out Bereich oder am groĆen Esstisch bei der AuĆenkĆ¼che. Die drei groĆen IndustriekĆ¼hlschrƤnke waren einfach genial, um die vielen GetrƤnke fĆ¼r uns (10 Personen) zu kĆ¼hlen. Das SpĆ¼lbecken und den Grill haben wir ebenfalls zur GenĆ¼ge benutzt. Aber auch die InnenkĆ¼che war klasse. Sehr modern, mit neuen GerƤten ausgestattet. Besteck, Teller, GlƤser, Tassen usw. waren sehr zahlreich vorhanden, sodass man nicht stƤndig neu spĆ¼len musste. Pro Person lagen ein Badetuch fĆ¼r den Pool, zwei DuschtĆ¼cher und ein kleineres Handtuch bereit. Super! Bei Ankunft fanden wir zur BegrĆ¼Ćung gekĆ¼hlte GetrƤnke im KĆ¼hlschrank, Melonen und einen typischen mallorquinischen Kuchen auf dem Tisch vor. Vielen Dank dafĆ¼r, Micaela! Die Zimmer/BƤder waren genau wie beschrieben. Sehr bequeme Betten, Platz fĆ¼r Kleider und Koffer, modern eingerichtete Badezimmer mit sehr gut funktionierenden Duschen/SpĆ¼lungen/AblƤufen usw.. Unsere drei MietwƤgen konnten wir alle auf dem GelƤnde der Finca auf einem Ć¼berdachten Abstellplatz parken. Praktisch war auch, dass es drei WohnungsschlĆ¼ssel und drei Fernbedienungen zum Ćffnen des Eingangstores gab, da wir nicht immer alle AusflĆ¼ge zusammen gemacht haben.
Die Vermieterin kam jeden Tag kurz vorbei und erkundigte sich, ob alles i.O. wƤre. ZusƤtzlich gab sie uns noch div. Handy-Nrn. von Personen, an die wir uns bei akuten Fragen wenden kƶnnten, falls sie nicht erreichbar wƤre.
Minimal negativ war eigentlich nur, dass die Finca so abgelegen ist, dass man sie selbst mit Navi und Beschreibung bei der ersten Anfahrt kaum findet, dass man selbst zum nƤchsten BƤcker mit dem Auto fahren muss und dass der zur Finca gehƶrende Wachhund, Oohna, manchmal nachts oder frĆ¼h morgens laut heult oder bellt, sodass man aufwacht. Check-Out war genauso unkompliziert wie alles. Zeit egal, was wir nicht mehr benƶtigten, aber nicht wegwerfen wollten, konnten wir einfach da lassen.
Fazit: Finca genial, jederzeit wieder!!! LG Sabine

Enige minpuntjes waren:
1] Keukengerei was niet helemaal schoon.
2] Geen airco in de slaapkamers en woonkamer.
De beheerders waren super vriendelijk.
Wij hebben allemaal enorm van dit huis genoten.

Tolle AuĆenanlagen mit viel Erholung!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der tollen AuĆenanlage und dem Pool in vollen ZĆ¼gen genossen! Jederzeit wieder.
Kleines Manko ist der Wachhund, der bei regen ziemlich aufgeregt war.

Grandioser Pool!
Der Pool ist einfach super - insbesondere Nachts mit Beleuchtung. Unsere Kinder waren stƤndig drin. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
