I recently stayed at Courtyard Marriott Bali Seminyak and had an excellent experience, thanks to the outstanding service and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
I faced a minor issue relating to breakfast and my room, but the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Gede, whose exceptional care and dedication made a significant difference. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.
