Pretty convenient location. Parking was simple but it is a tight space, not an issue for experienced drivers. Breakfast was great. Got a free upgrade to a full ocean view. Would use this hotel again!

The hotel was lovely, when we arrived we had a twin room that smelt a bit musty and the aircon had an awful smell. We went down to reception and they immediately upgraded us and swapped our room where we had an ocean view and the room was a lot better! We had a rooftop “jacuzzi” at sunset and it was lovely! Just a note from us foreigners though, jacuzzi does not mean bubbles, no bubbles.

We had the ocean view room. Appreciate the view and spacious room size. But the room was a bit sparse, lacking enough table or shelf space to put our things. Fried chicken shop at lobby was very good!

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious room with wonderful view. Well located. Would recommend. As others have mentioned - parking is a bit challenging, breakfast buffet mediocre and roof top jacuzzi largely unavailable - we were told they were fully booked but when on the roof top only one was in use!?

Great hotel in central city location

Hyper local hotel in a central location. Staff is super friendly and helpful and booked a fishing trip for me which was perfect. Their recommendations for restaurants were great too! Breakfast was amazing and well worth the cost as it included so many options just be sure to book it in advance when u get there or before for the discount. There was a large group of youth there during our stay and the noise level in the hotel was high so we called the front desk because of the banging of doors and floor and it stopped but they probably should have put the kids on the lower floors and us on the higher floors. There is no spa just a few hot tubs but it isn’t free which is not noted anywhere on hotels.com. The amenities were great slippers, tea, etc.
