Pros
1) Walkable from Gongdeok subway exit 2 (escalator up to B1 of hotel building. Lobby at level 2. Level 1 side exit with elevator to subway exit 2)
2) Lots of convenience stores nearby, one right at level 2 of the hotel building. The other emart24/Cu stores are in walking distance.
3) Nearby amenities such as Post office (5mins away), Olive Young, restaurants etc.
4) Comfortable room size and bathroom. Bathtub and showers are separated.
Bathroom also comes with retractable clothes line
5) Self serviced laundry (5000 won each for laundry and dryer), notes exchange machine and laundry powder machine available. Though only two sets of machines available. Free ironing board and iron available
6) Environmental friendly - no disposable toiletries, but provide comb, water and shower cap
7) Pillows of hard and soft type
8) Provides 2 room cards
Cons
1) Noisy aircon that makes noise all night
2) Stayed on Level 4 and the floor is so wide, have to walk a distance to reach the lift lobby
