제가 지냈던 기간동안 낮 시간에 온수가 안나온다고 했던 불편한 점이 있었습니다. 덕분에 executive lounge를 사용하게 해주셔서 지내는 기간동안 잘 사용하였습니다. 조식포함 7박 8일 자내는 동안 조식을 잘 이용하였는데 메뉴가 단 한번도 바뀌지 않아서 질려서 못먹었던 날이 있었습니다. 신라스테이 서초에서 가장 좋았던 것은 주변지역 교통과 쇼핑 먹거리가 편하다는 점이었습니다.

I didn’t like the cleanness of this property. There were molds in the bathroom tubs and spider webs on the ceiling. The paper walls were coming off. Not the quality I expected for what I paid for.

Everything was amazing!! As my first time visiting Seoul, I am so happy I chose Shilla Stay Seocho! All the staff, especially the front desk staff were so sweet & helpful! I appreciate them so much! Especially when I lost my hotel keys by accident and was kind of crying and panicking, the front desk reassure me that it’s okay, and cancelled my old keys (so no strangers came through) & gave me a new set of keys. I appreciate them so much, and making my stay very comfortable and safe! I know some of the reviews had issue with the AirCon/AC but I didn’t have any issues with adjusting the temperature. The hotel is nicely located, there is a GS25 convenience store (less than 1 min walk) , there is various restaurants, McDonald, walking distance to both Gangnam station & Yangjae station. Also really easy to get to the bus stops. Lastly, I want to re-thank the hotel staff, thank you so much! 정말 감사합니다!
