In the center of downtown Seoul area where you can take advantage of buses and subway line #5. Limited space for business travelers as there are just a few couches across check-in area and no other place to open your laptop.

The room was a bit smaller than expected but still comfortable. Beds are very comfy. Bidet is nice as it shoots warm water right away, no shock from cold water. The hotel is located right outside Seodaemun Station Exit 8 so very convenient for subway travel. The bus stop from airport drops you right infront the hotel as well, just need to walk a small crosswalk.

The hotel is right outside a tube station. Although it is not on a direct line to the airport but it’s a walkable distance from Seoul station where the the AirPort Express train is located. Plenty of shops and eating places around the hotel.

The water from the shower room comes out to the toilet. I didn't want my feet wet after shower so I had to clean up with the towels...

Aircon is not adjusted to desired temperature. Example, guest set to 22 degree but the whole night is still 25 degree. Called the front desk but to no avail

숙박일 저녁에 화재경보가 울려 황급히 대피하였음. 그런데 1층에 내려와 보니, 프론트의 직원들은 아무렇지 않다는 듯 적극적 설명이나 대응이 없음. 어디선가 오작동 한 것 같다는 정도의 반응임. 같은 날 부천에서는 화재로 7명이 사망했음. 만일 이 경우가 오작동이 아니었더라면 어떤 결과였을까 상상하고 싶지도 않음. 어떠한 경우에도(설령 기계 오작동이었더라도) 직원들은 적극적으로 대응하고 고객을 안심시키고 안전한 대피를 도울 수 있도록 훈련이 되어 있어야 하는데 전혀 그렇지 않음. 조식을 위해 방문한 지하 층 바닦이 울퉁불퉁해 넘어질뻔 함. 이유를 물었더니 며칠 전 침수때문이라고 함. 그렇다면, 해결하고 식당을 오픈해야 맞지 않았을까? 오히려 안전에 문제가 있어 보임. 지금까지 매우 만족하고 있던 신라스테이의 정책과 직원교육에 대한 전반적인 점검이 필요하다고 생각하는 계기였음.

The Hotel is located at the transportation hub. There are shops and eateries around the area. There are not many shopping mall in this area, only small convenience stores. Shopping malls are a few subway stations away. The subway system is easy to access and a lot better, cleaner, safer and cheaper than NYC subways.

due to water failure on the 3rd floor the entire lobby, elevators and restaurant were flooded with water. Living on the 24th floor you had to use the staircase - the staff tried to fix it quickly but nevertheless it is hard to rest in the emergency place. no information in the room what happened, only in Korean through the megaphone so panicked guests ran down the staircase. I do not recommend this place.

The lobby smells bad. The room table painting was damaged and also the room smells bad. The third flor fire system pipes was broken in the midnight and suddenly all water inside the rooms.
