I stayed here with my two kids for a week and every single day when we come down to breakfast .. it’s the same problem. Room was booked for two adults and 1 kid. My son is 11 which falls under kid who stay for free. Everyday staff asked me to pay for the third party… and i have to explain and repeat myself . I think as a 5 star hotel it is needed to train staff to take note. It’s the same two staff at door everyday too. I just find it is very inconvenience for customer. Last day… we were rushed to leave after being seated for 20 minutes! Very disappointed with this service

I stayed at this hotel last year and came back this year because of the good memories from that time. However, because it was a holiday season (? I'm not sure)and there were a lot of guests, the service speed, waiting in front of the elevator to get on, and the drain problem in the shower room were the worst. I always use the Four Seasons Hotel and Sofitel Hotel when I come to Seoul, but now I think there is no reason to stay at Sofitel anymore.

They changed my room. I reserved for king bed but they gave me two twin beds room.......what a joke

Modern and clean, very good for the convention but too crowded and complicated elevator system for visitors. In general, all staffs are freindly but empty smile and less efficiency since everbody is busy for the human traffic. If you look for the hotel for luxury and quite, this hotel is not the one.
