This is an outstanding luxury hotel in the middle of Seoul. Right next door to Myeong-dong (tons of shopping and dining options there). Easy walk to the subway. Lotte Department Store is right next door. Rooms were amazing. The pool and gym were great. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. All of them speak good English. We had an amazing stay here!

Great services all around. Just the limited access to the spar facilities kind of annoying. Swimming pool was too crowded, only used it one time. The executive lounge personnel provided an excellent services. The breakfast foods & appetizers were ok, with very limited selections. Overall enjoy our stays.

The staff is extremely helpful and service is excellent. The location is so central and right next to Lotte department store. Rooms are a bit dated but I would still come back here in the future.

My daughter and I stayed here whilst I was visiting her in Seoul. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was perfect. The front desk, concierge, housekeeping, room service and staff we encountered, all contributed to making us feel welcome and safe…we felt at home.

We chose this property because it was centrally located. It was a fantastic experience and the service here is unmatched. The room was spacious and comfortable. All of the restaurants on the property were A . I highly recommend this hotel and I will be returning.
