This is an outstanding luxury hotel in the middle of Seoul. Right next door to Myeong-dong (tons of shopping and dining options there). Easy walk to the subway. Lotte Department Store is right next door. Rooms were amazing. The pool and gym were great. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. All of them speak good English. We had an amazing stay here!

Great services all around. Just the limited access to the spar facilities kind of annoying. Swimming pool was too crowded, only used it one time. We chose this property because it was centrally located. It was a fantastic experience and the service here is unmatched. The room was spacious and comfortable. All of the restaurants on the property were A . I highly recommend this hotel and I will be returning.
