I always stay in Josun hotel in Seoul. It is smaller hotel compare with other hotels around.. so not so busy in this hotel so I like it... Staffs are really friendly and kind. I think The hotel need upgrade facilities soon. It is getting slightly outdated When I stay in normal deluxe room, they hanging shared shampoo and shower gel on bathtub wall like public bath(You will received small bottles in Exclusive rooms) I felt like this should NOT be at 5 star hotel level. I will stay in Josun hotel again in future because location and staffs' kindness but definitely they need to work on lots more things to improve...

Excellent in just about all aspects. The restaurants are all very good but expensive. The club lounge breakfast lacks anything Korean

The cleaning staff were consistent, the lobby personnel were very helpful and friendly, the lounge had good food, the coffee at the deli on the lower lobby was yummy. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel was close to myeongdong for food and shopping. Excellent trip and would recommend staying at the westin if you have the money.

Nice hotel and great customer service. Need to have more lotion in the room. Complementary water bottles is nice. Location is convenient and public transportation is close by. Breakfast has good selection.
