Good area to be in as between two subway areas easy to walk to many places also. Good base if you do not spend a lot of time in the room. Aircon functioned well but blue light was a little irritating when trying to sleep. Room was on the small side. There was a big pillar in the way so it restricted the room size quite a bit. The toilet functioned but not well. The bidet function was broken (which was fine for me as I don’t like them) but the flush was very weak so had to flush multiple times.

The place was comfortable and clean. Everything was within walkable distance. A CU convenience store was next door and a 7/11 across the street. Staff was very helpful and patient. They even had a makeup room and laundry mat! Only thing was the bathroom, the tub was unstable and water would get all over the floor. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again. :)

The location was great and within walking distance of the 2, 3, and 4 train lines. The cleanliness of the room was good enough but the toilet could have been cleaned better and the bathroom and room had a lot of accumulated dust. The daily maintenance of the room was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities and other amenities outside the room were clean and well maintained. I do wish that in their welcome print out they included quiet hour suggestions and reminded guests to be respectful when conversing in the hallways as several times I was awoken by overzealous guests between 11:00pm and 8:00am due to the lack of soundproofing.

Good location but very basic
Room was very small, paid to upgrade. Though hotel was supposed to be new it’s likely only a rebranding and some painting work. Sink was a but rusty and tub seems like it’s leaking. Cleaning services are only upon request at the front desk, not even when placing the “Clean my room” sign. Location is good though.

We had issues with a leaking sink in our room but were able to switch rooms quickly. For a room that can sleep 4 there needs to be more hooks to hang things like towels, jackets, etc. There was one towel rack and by the end of our stay, it almost fell off the wall. The tub design also was not great and caused water to leak off the top onto the floor while showering. Overall, maintenance needs to be better but other than that the hotel was clean and the stay was good.

Great value. The rooms are not gigantic by any means, but the staff is friendly and it is incredibly clean. The area is perfect to explore from. There is a GS25 (small store) right outside the door which is convenient.

Vi stannade i en vecka i ett av rummen med sovloft. Intrycket var att hotellet visserligen var nyöppnat men att mycket av innehållet var ett arv från ett tidigare hotell. Därför var det stora kontraster i rummet med fina väggar men väldigt sliten trappa upp till loftet, eller sliten väggpanel till toaletten. Badrummet upplevdes inte som särskilt smart planerat då det var lite svårt att använda och stänga dörren när man fortfarande stod upp. Handfatet var väldigt litet. Det största problemet vi nog ändå hade var deras städrutiner vilket drabbade oss två av sex dagar då rummet inte städades trots att vi angett digitalt att rummet skulle städas långt innan sista möjliga tid. Min tro är att hotellet kommer att arbeta på denna rutin nu när det trots allt är nyöppnat så jag skulle ge dem chansen igen att bo här om ett tag. Det som verkligen gör rummet bra är wifi och sängarna. Även om det var svårt att få till en bra luftcirkulation på loftet (AC:n gjorde det kallt där nere men hade svårt att påverka loftet) så var det väldigt bekvämt med att det var så pass avskilt. En klart intressant lösning med ytterligare potential. Och det som gör hotellet är läget. Här hade vi väldigt lite att klaga på.

地点遠離地鉄，走路要15一20分鐘，機場巴士還算近，洗手盆漏水，浴缸漏水，住咁多次酒店還是第一次遇上。到達時正下大雨，由地鐵去到酒店半身濕哂，行李筴濕哂，但服務員完全不理會，連毛巾也不給予抹水，只站着等你拿出証件，永不入住

I will not stay this hotel again.
It is not a great stay. This hotel is rennovated... just before we stay. First. we check-in., air-conditioner was not working properly. They were trying to fix our room almost 1 hour. They should have just changed our room immedately. We were not able to do anything almost 1 hour. We asked for changing room, and they finally changed. Second. They are really bad at service. Staff at front-desk was really nice. But their system was not settle down yet. They started to fix other room, 8.a.m. in the morning. We asked to stop, they stopped for 1.5hours. And they started to make a noise again. They should have not had GUEST during renovation. This hotel is not ready to get GUEST. I would not stay... this one again. Third. Hot water was not working...... that is worst thing. We are tired of complaining more... We just gave up on this hotel. We do not expect anything from this hotel. I never recommend this one. One good thing is...... hotel staff was all nice. That's it.
