Staff service was very bad. We came really late at night already so tired, and the receptionist did not make us feel welcome at all. There was no proper communication from him, made us wait for a good amount of time despite we were so tired. Overall, we were not satisfied from that.

Did not check in at all as we were trying to sort out the check in time (only being notified that there will not be any late check in and have to wait till the next morning after the booking confirmation). Tried to call the hotel but nobody picked up the phone calls despite us trying for more than ten times. Ended up staying overnight in airport in case we went to the hotel and had to return as they closed at midnight.

A very good alternative to transit hotel for long layover. Room is very small but adequate. You do need cash though for local restaurant next door. There are no eating/drink facilities in hotel.
