This house of 224 m² on 3 floors, which can accommodate up to 12 travellers, consists of a dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate toilet, sauna, as well as a beautiful garden with terrace and swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are included.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- Living room with double sofa bed, armchairs, library and TV.
- Light-filled dining room with a large table for up to 12 guests, buffet, decorative fireplace.
- Large bright kitchen fully equipped: dining table, 5 chairs, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hotplates, crockery and cutlery.
- Relaxation room" equipped with a sauna for 4 people, shower and exercise bike.
- Separate WC.

First floor :
- A large master bedroom with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and French windows leading to a small balcony.
- Bedroom 4 with double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), glass wardrobe and decorative fireplace.
- Bedroom 5 with single bed and a writing or reading station.
- Spacious bathroom with double washbasin, jet shower and bath.
- Fitted cellar with washing machine.

Second floor:
- Lounge with armchair, coffee table and TV.
- Bedroom 6 with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a single bed, as well as a shower room open to the bedroom with shower and washbasin.

The exterior :
- Beautiful unheated above ground swimming pool of 5,25 x 2,80 x 1,15 open from April to October. Children's swimming is under the full responsibility of their parents.
- Flowered and wooded garden of 600 m² facing south.

3 terraces surround the house:
- On the ground floor, a terrace with a table for 12 people in the shade of stretched canvas, benches and small tables, barbecue, sink and gas hob. You can enjoy your lunches there.
- Shaded half-landing terrace with a table and 4 relax chairs.
- Terrace surrounding the swimming pool with garden furniture consisting of two armchairs and a coffee table, as well as 4 deckchairs.

The area :
The house is located in a quiet area, without any opposite, in the regional park of the Ariegean Pyrenees. You will find a bakery and a small grocery shop at 300 m.
