La maison elle même est correcte. Par contre, les photos de l'annonce ont dû être prise il y a très longtemps. Tous le mobilier, vaisselle et accessoires sont trop usagé. Décoration hors d'âge et pleine de poussière voir moisissure. De plus, lors des 10 premiers jours, 4 coqs extrêmement bruyants nous réveillaient de 3h du matin jusqu'au début de l'après midi. Il a fallu que l'on se débrouille seul pour réduire la nuisance. Pas de réaction de la propriétaire. Expérience désagréable.

Grande maison dans un environnement verdoyant
Grande et belle maison à Aldeia do Meco. Entourée d'un beau jardin, au calme. Maison tres propre, la litérie des lits de 140 est usée. Voiture indispensable (supermarche à 15 mn en voiture). Belles plages ,beaucoup de visites possibles (Lisbonne à 45 mn + 15 mn de ferry). Proprietaires réactifs.

Wunderschön!
Großes Haus im portugiesischen Stil mit großem Garten. Ideal für Familien. Der Strand ganz in der Nähe ist traumhaft schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lugar increíble, tranquilidad y buen clima
Hemos disfrutado mucho del jardín y de la barbacoa, la casa es muy grande y muy cómoda, decoración muy original. Las playas de la zona son espectaculares, la casa tiene que invertir un poco en mantenimiento de cosas generales (bombillas, enchufes, menaje de cocina) pero nos hemos apañado muy bien La anfitrionas muy agradables. Para nosotros muy recomendable

Ontvangst was zeer hartelijk, en ook flexibel met check- in en check-uit tijd. Fijne woning, maar alles van binnen is zwaar verouderd en sommige zelfs aan vervanging toe. Heerlijk buitenverblijf!

VACACIONES SEMANA SANTA EN FAMILIA
La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. En general está bien aunque le falta un pelín de mantenimiento. La calefacción general no funciona pero en su lugar tenían radiadores buenos en todas las estancias por lo que no pasamos nada de frío. La cocina está equipada con todos los instrumentos necesarios y tiene cubertería y menaje más que de sobra. El jardín es estupendo para los niños además cuenta con una gran barbacoa y mesa a cubierto que te permite pasar ratos muy agradables. El Wifi funciona por toda la casa perfectamente y el salón es muy acogedor con la chimenea. . La propietaria Maria Graciette muy amable. Responde al momento a todas tus dudas y nos dió información de los supermercados cercanos. Se nos pidió 300€ de señal la cual se nos devolvió rapidamente una vez que comprobaron no habíamos roto nada. En general hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Muchas gracias Maria

Superou as expectativas
Seleccionámos esta propriedade para a semana em que as escolas estavam fechadas e o tele trabalho era obrigatório. Juntámo-nos a outra família nas mesmas circunstâncias com o objectivo de nos revezarmos em turnos. A casa apresentou todas as características necessárias a esta situação. O espaço é amplo, funcional e acolhedor. Tem todos os equipamentos necessários ao dia-a-dia de uma família. Tenho maravilhas a dizer da máquina de lavar a loiça ou a de café ;). O wi-fi funciona em quase toda a casa e permitiu ter várias reuniões em simultâneo. Os quartos são espaçosos e as camas confortáveis. O aquecimento funciona bem. O jardim é qualquer coisa de fenomenal permitindo longas horas de brincadeira. Os proprietários estiveram sempre disponíveis para tornar a nossa estadia confortável. Em suma, toda a experiência superou as nossas expectativas de conciliação de trabalho com tempo em família.

Maison très agreable
La maison est très agreable: grande, bien organisée, avec barbecue proche de la cuisine, 2 frigos, grandes tables dans la salle à manger + en exterieur. Les chambres sont un peu éloignées des pièces à vivre, ce qui est très bien pour les enfants. Le jardin est agréable et grand. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l’écoute. Plage à 10 min en voiture. Avec des enfants, je recommande la plage da Lagoa de Albufeira, ils peuvent passer la journée dans l’eau en toute securité! Très bon boicher et poissonoer à 5 min en voiture. Bref, parfaite pour des vacances en famille dans la région.

Espaços interior e exterior extremamente agradáveis, igualmente espaçosos. Indicado para passar uns bons dias entre amigos em tranquilidade. Cozinha e WC's bem equipadas, quartos acolhedores e resguardados do resto das divisões, conferindo privacidade aos mesmos. Sem dúvida, um local para regressar a ter em conta :)

Estadia em família muito agradável
Tivemos uma estadia muito agradável. A casa tem boas áreas comuns, interiores e exteriores, um jardim grande e bem cuidado, ideal para as crianças brincarem, e está muito bem localizada. A Maria Graciette foi muito atenciosa e tudo correu como esperado. Esperamos poder repetir a estadia no futuro.

A experiência na casa foi muito agradável. O espaço é óptimo para crianças brincarem tanto no interior como no exterior da casa. O ambiente da casa também é muito agradável e a comunicação com os proprietários foi sempre boa e sempre se mostraram muito atenciosos. Gostámos muito do facto de haver lareira e lenha para a mesma. A melhorar, no nosso ponto de vista só mesmo haver wi-fi e um aquecimento mais adequado aos quartos, que ficam muito frios de noite. O galhinheiro que se encontra em frente à casa também incomoda muito, pois os galos cantam a noite inteira e incomodam principalmente o sono das crianças. No geral tudo correu muito bem e gostámos imenso da estadia, podendo repetir.

La casa no está preparada para alquiler vacacional . Teniendo un jardín maravilloso y una ubicación perfecta , en el interior no dispone de los servicios mínimos deseables para habitar una casa de este precio. Conservación general de la casa deficiente , armarios que no cierran , colchones insufribles , menaje escaso y muy usado ,ropa Blanca de mala calidad ,muy vieja y desgastada . Una casa que podría ser maravillosa ,solo te permite su disfrute en el exterior.

Pontos fortes: - Localização, muito próxima da Aldeia do Meco e a 40min de Lisboa - Amplo jardim com escorrega, baloiço e demais brinquedos para diversão das crianças - Barbecue e mesa exterior em local coberto, o que permite convívio e refeições no exterior - Sala ampla com mesa para refeições, lareira e rede Pontos a melhorar: - Solução WI-FI, nos dias de hoje é obrigatório - Aquecimento da casa, a proprietária arranjou bastantes aquecedores a óleo para os quartos, mas dado o tipo de construção da casa, não são suficientes para as noites mais frias. O aquecimento central deveria estar a funcionar. - Substituir máquina de café Mesmo em frente à casa existe um galinheiro, os galos cantam toda a noite e todo o dia... os adultos realmente acabam por se habituar ao som passado um ou dois dias, mas para as crianças é um problema, estão constantemente a acordar, torna-se desconfortável para todos.

Spacious house with a really nice garden
Pleasant summer house with good conditions to host group of 10 people (4 rooms). Garden and the porch are the highlights, allowing for good conviviality moments. The surrounding is calm and there is plenty of privacy. Very good value for money deal. As for things to improve, I would recommend installing a wifi solution (eg. a pay as you go mobile data and wifi dongle) . A pool would also be an investment to consider, even if I recognize it probably only works for a couple of months per year. Finally, as for the reviews that mention clucking of hen in the farm nearby, we do confirm there is some noise at dawn, however one gets use to it after a few days. If these points were improved, it would be a 5-star rating.
