Totale delusione, zero cura del cliente
Appartamenti molto belli, tuttavia l'acqua calda non funzionava: il tecnico è venuto due volte senza risolvere nulla, dopodiché ci hanno cambiato appartamento. Oltre al danno, la beffa: nel tardo pomeriggio non c'è persone adibito alla pulizia delle camere (il colmo, dopo che anche solo per una notte ci hanno richiesto un supplemento di 60 Euro per le pulizie della Camera che in modo alquanto scorretto su questo sito non è in alcun modo indicato/ segnalato da un asterisco al momento del pagamento on-line, ma è scritto in minuscolo i Termini e Condizioni della Camera dopo il preventivo ultimo e dopo l'inserimento dei dati della carta di credito. Il prezzo finale dato che non è finale deve avere un asterisco a tutela del cliente che compra on-line; per quanto detto non sarà solo l'ultima volta che andrò in questo villaggio, ma anche l'ultima volta che acquisteró presso il vostro sito). Morale della favola, pur pagando pulizia e subendo un disagio enorme per via dell'acqua e del conseguente ritardo al nostro appuntamento a cena, ci siamo dovuti disfare i letti, trasportare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani al nuovo appartamento, è rifarci i letti. Il simpatico responsabile in reception, ci ha detto che l'attenzione nei nostri confronti per i disagi subiti, sarebbe stata la mancata richiesta del pagamento della tessera club -circa 100 euro a persona. Sarebbe stato davvero esilarante pagare 300 euro in più di tessera club per una sola notte di soggiorno... Problem Solving 0.

Se ti adatti, va bene.
Poco organizzati. Le pulizie del villaggio non iniziavano prima delle 10. In reception non sapevano neanche il giorno della disinfestazione "dovete chiedere all'animazione" ci hanno detto. Assurdo! Il bar della spiaggia ci chiedeva la card ricaricabile per i pagamenti, ma in reception neanche l'hanno nominata. I bungalow erano carini, ma molto datati. La doccia ancora con la tenda e i mobili gonfi, si staccavano i bordi. Però c'era tutto. Non mancava niente. Il villaggio è frequentato da gente del posto e purtroppo molti maleducati: lasciavano lo sporco per terra con vicino il cestino!

Siamo stati molto bene, personale gentile, animazione buona, villaggio adatto alle famiglie anche con bambini piccoli. Unico neo gestione separata dei servizi (ristorazione, servizio spiaggia ecc.). Appartamenti molto puliti, ben strutturati e riservati anche se un po' datati. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei volentieri

Bra och enkelt boende i Italien
La Serra är väldigt enkelt, men fungerar och är prisvärt. Var tredje gången vi var där. Lägenheterna är slitna och behöver renovering (lite 70-tals stil), speciellt kokplattorna (två stycken) som tog långtid på sig att bli varma. Det gör det svårt att laga mat till många. Å andra sidan kan man äta mycket grönsaker och kallskuret i Italien. Finns affär utanför området med fantastisk mozzarela. Stället är trivsamt att vara på med egen strand och poolområde.

Ranta nostaa pisteitä!
Villaggio La Serran vahvuus on sen ranta. Hiekka on ihanan pehmeää (kuumaa!) ja vesi on puhdasta. Valitettavasti aurinkotuolit ovat todella kalliit vuokrata. Plussaa tuovat myös hyvät ravintolat ja kauppa La Serran läheisyydessä, hintataso niissä hyvin kohtuullinen. Huoneet ovat viihtyisät, saimme vasta remontoidun huoneen, jossa oli helppo itse kokkailla, siisti suihku ja hyvä sänky. La Serran ohjelma toistaa itseään joka ilta, mutta heti sen ulkopuolella oli mukavasti musiikkitarjontaa lähes joka ilta. Suosittelen kyseistä kaupunkia, Baia Domiziaa, en niinkään juuri tätä majoitusta.

Aufenthalt vom 2.8.-16.8.2014, nur 3Min Fußweg zum Strand, sauber mit ausreichend Liegeplätzen. Vorhandene Liegestühle, je 2 mit Sonnenschirm zum Mieten, war uns zu teuer. 1Tag 26€, 7 Tage 140€ und wir waren zu dritt. Daher kauften wir 2 Sonnenschirme für 25€. Das Meer war warm, bis zum frühen Nachmittag gut zum Schwimmen, danach stärkerer Wellengang. An den letzten 2 Tagen hohe Wellen, kein Schwimmen möglich. Man konnte im sauberen Pool gut schwimmen, allerdings nur mit Badehaube, was ich lästig empfand. Abends spazierten wir meist nach Baia Domizia, dem Nachbarort ca.20Min. Die Lebensmittelpreise und Restaurant-Preise waren relativ teuer, ausser Pizza war günstig. Ich habe einige Male gekocht, für kleine Mahlzeiten ging das, auf dem 2-Platten-Herd. Das Klima war herrlich, der Pinienwald spendete guten Schatten und insgesamt war alles erstaunlich grün. Belastend war der nächtliche Krach bis ca.2h morgens: sehr laute Livemusik, Kindergeschrei und Feuerwerksraketenabschüsse vom benachbarten Club. Da es sehr heiss war,keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, konnte man nur bei offenen Fenster schlafen. Es kamen Ameisenkolonnen in Haus, die nur mit Giftspray zu bekämpfen waren. Es wurden Ausflüge angeboten, am Ausflug nach Popej,Vesuv,Neapel waren wir dabei, es hat uns gefallen, es war jedoch teuer, da alle Eintritte und Essen zusätzlich zu bezahlen waren. Das Bahnfahren ist sehr günstig.

Alt i alt dejligt. Skønt resort med en dejlig strand og lækker pool. Baia Domizia er dog totalt uinteressant, og man bør have bil med, hvis man ønsker at opleve noget udover afslapning, sol og strand. Til gengæld er der masser at køre ud og se (ex. kongeslottet i Caserta, marked i Sessa Aurunca, Gaeta, Montecassino, Sperlonga, Napoli området med Vesuvio mv., sejltur til Ponza og meget andet). Guideteam med forskellige aktiviteter i løbet af dagen. Lejlighederne er noget slidte, men de fungerer fint. Mange skandinavere og flere guider taler svensk. Bemærk at det koster ekstra at benytte stranden til gengæld får man fast liggestol, forskellige aktiviteter og vel nok det pæneste stykke strand i området. Ugentlig rengøring mod betaling ellers er rengøring op til en selv.

Skøn Oase
Vi havde en fantastik uge på La Serra. Stranden og poolen er helt i verdensklasse og atmosfæren og personalet (animation team) er helt i top. Lejlighederne er lidt slidte, men rummelige - og de fungerer upåklageligt. Der må påregnes larm fra poolområdet fra 21.30 til 24.00, hvor der er forskellig underholdning med høj musik. Vi syntes det var dejligt med de forskellige aktiviteter. Baia Domizia er ikke nogen speciel hyggelig by, men der er mange gode muligheder for at køre på skønne udflugter fra stedet, og du har alt hvad du kan ønske dig på resortet. Alt i alt var vi ovenud tilfredse, og kommer meget gerne tilbage!

Det kommer ikke tydelig frem i beskrivelsen at dette ikke er hotel, men leieligheter som stort sett går til svenske gruppereiser. Omgivelsene er rene og vakre og veldig barnevennelige. Leilighetene er små, tette og klamme, men helt ok. Du må regne med en del tilleggsutgifter, selv om det står i informasjonen at noen av disse er inkludert (fikk forklart at det gjelder kun gruppereisenede) - som solsenger, minigolf, etc. Badehettepåbud i bassengene var også litt rart, og og en ekstrautgift siden vår familie på fem ikke hadde medbragt... For oss var støyet det mest slitsomme. Høy musikk i poolbaren frem til 24.00 og tre stykker med hver sin mikrofon som hele tiden prøver å skape stemning... Klarte ikke høre mine egne barn snakke under lunsjen. Men vi var sikkert ikke målgruppen.

Vi havde en helt fantastisk ferie på La Serra. Dejlige private lejligheder, meget børnevenligt, en skøn pool og en skøn strand som på ingen måde er overbefolket. Det bedste var dog hele atmosfæren og ikke mindst de tilhørende italienske guider, som gjorde alt for at få gæsterne til at få en god oplevelse. Der var en række aktiviteter såsom mini klub, sport og underholdning ved poolen hver aften. Bemærk at der er larmende underholdning hver dag fra 21.00 til 24.00, hvorfor støjgener i lejligheder tæt på poolområdet må påregnes (men hvorfor ikke bare deltage i festlighederne, vores børn på 3, 7 og 9 var i hvert fald begejstrede!). Lukket område hvor biler ikke må køre, hvorfor børnene kan løbe frit rundt. Baia Domizia er en by hvor der intet af interesse er, så hvis man vil på oplevelsesture skal man have bil med (her er der flere interessante udflugtsmål). Sjovt nok var resortet fuldt af svenskere, og flere af de italienske guides talte faktisk svensk. Et resort vi sagtens kan finde på at benytte igen.
