The perfect place to spend family holiday, with the security of a private swimming pool, large outdoor spaces for walking, cycling or even horseback riding.
The villa also has large interior areas, allowing for healthy living, but with the possibility of privacy and isolation, if desired.
1 hour from Lisbon and 13 km from Comporta beach, this villa is surrounded by nature, integrated in a large estate (1050 ha of pines and cork trees) and overlooks the lagoon.
There are 2 Tennis courts and an Equestrian Center inside the Herdade, and is not far from Troia and Montado Golf.
Restaurant also provides take away service.

Long walks among pines and cork oaks, bird and plant watching, dives in the pool and trips to the beach, this is the perfect program for this year's holidays - privacy, space and safety!

La casa es tal y como aparece en la descripciĆ³n. Muy bien situada dentro de Montalvo, con vistas estupendas al lago y no tienes vecinos cerca o al menos no se ven. La comunicaciĆ³n con Celia muy buena. Contesta a cualquier duda y solucionĆ³ rĆ”pidamente un par de problemas menores que detectamos al entrar. Igualmente en recepciĆ³n te atienden fenomenal y resuelven cualquier tema. Muchas gracias y esperamos volver otro aƱo.

JĆ” conhecemos bem a casa, o empreendimento e a regiĆ£o, onde passamos um perĆ­odo de fĆ©rias, desde 2006. Villa Ć© Ć³ptima e bem situada. A gestĆ£o Ć© cuidada e profissional. Nota negativa apenas para algo difĆ­cil de controlar: a praga de moscas que invadiu a regiĆ£o e perturbam o descanso dos hĆ³spedes. Especialmente na Ć”rea do jardim e piscina.
