My stay at the hotel indigo was absolutely amazing, I didn't want to leave. The staff we're so friendly and attentive. The Catalina restaurant had absolutely amazing food as well as the Azure breakfast buffet. You won't be disappointed in any of your meal options there. This was a anniversary/birthday trip and this was the best experience which made the trip even more memorable. The views were absolutely amazing. The pool was so relaxing to sit by and drink a fresh coconut. The hot tub was so relaxing and you could see the beach and sunsets. The close proximity of the beach was great! I definitely recommend staying here

Overall, a good property to consider. Staff—particularly the bellhops and doormen including Miguel—were first-rate although some of the restaurant hostesses may need friendliness training from the bellhops. Hotel is new (opened May 2024) which is a plus, and restaurant quality is good, but greater variety and price options are needed since somewhat removed from Georgetown and density of restaurants. Areas for improvement include additional activities for guests, honoring 2:00 late checkout for new IHG Reward members even when busy, firmer beds and flatter/more comfortable pillows (necks are overly stretched given the pillow height).

Beach is walking distance and the umbrella and chairs are included. The staff at the beach club and the resort are super friendly and extremely attentive. The sunscreen and aloe at the beach & pool is a nice touch. Very impressed with this hotel!

Amazing new hotel, friendly staff, fantastic food. Great beach bar. Will definitely be back again, we stayed in 1 bedroom suite. The only suggestion is to make pool a bit warmer on some days it was freezing cold, unpleasant to swim. We felt very welcomed, amazing people work there.

Hotel Indigo is a nice basic hotel. There is nothing more, and nothing less. For the cost, the hotel should have more pools….basically one large pool seems crowded. I was not impressed with anything on the property. It all seemed average and we spent most of our time at the beach and enjoyed the Bonny Moon Beach club.

Staff very friendly and go above and beyond. The rooms looking over the harbour are noisy due to traffic and the wind whistles through the room if the door is open. After 1 night we paid the extra to move to the other side which overlooks the resort and ocean which are quiet and worth the extra charge. Everything is beautiful and new. Gym is good and they had free yoga classes. Breakfast was not a buffet due to it being off season. If we had known this we would not have paid for breakfast at booking but just done alacart. The breakfast food was really good. Seems like a younger crowd stay here as opposed to jumpy on which they also own. Pool area is great.

From arrival to departure the exceptionally friendly hotel staff treated us like royalty. The restaurant’s staff were also superior and served beautifully plated & delicious meals. We loved this new hotel. Service was truly remarkable and the property was clean, smaller, and easy to navigate. It’s across the street from the beach, which isn’t ideal for us. However, the beach service available was awesome and makes up for it.

It was faultless. Although we had a couple of credit card issues at check in you couldn’t fault the hotel for service. Only thing as a minus.. they let people into the hotel for parties and to use the restaurants so it’s difficult to get a table in the rooftop bar..

The customer service was outstanding. Beautiful facility. Downside, if you have an ocean view, you’re also looking at a parking lot. If you can look beyond absolutely beautiful facility just a two minute walk to the beach and we could all use that a little bit of exercise.
