This 4 bed townhome in Britannia offers a spacious, open main living space with 3 bedrooms on the main level. High ceilings and views out to the surrounding green space offer a serene sense of privacy with outdoor seating on the screened patio. The primary suite occupies the top floor with walk-in closet and full bath.
Washer and dryer are available in the condo and there is one assigned parking with additional spots in a lot nearby. A fantastic pool area with plenty of seating and shaded areas includes a BBQ for use – a great spot to spend a hot afternoon near the condo. There are also several paths through the old golf course that offer safe green space to enjoy the grassy areas and walking paths.
Britannia is located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach and is only minutes from countless restaurants, Camana Bay, and Seven Mile Beach. The closest beach access is next to Lacovia just across the island on Seven Mile. Camana Bay offers the only movie theater on island as well as restaurants, shops, and it is always great to see what events they may have going on during your trip.
George Town is about a 5-10 minute drive for more waterfront dining, souvenir shops, and dive and snorkel locations. You can visit Sunset House, Don Fosters or Eden Rock for some great shore access into the water.
