The beach was the highlight of our trip. My family and I loved the crystal clear calm water. There were plenty of beach beds with umbrellas daily. Centrally located. It was a wonderful family vacation!

The visit was fantastic! The only thing I would suggest is that they change their check-in time because of 4 PM. Check-in is way too late for people who are arriving early in the morning.

The property is really nice. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a good size. Water pressure was a little low, but plenty of hot water. Our partial ocean view was a partial ocean view. We arrived early but check in is at 4pm. We weren't able to check in early. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A great beach and delicious food at the on-site restaurants.

The property was nice and clean. The beaches were beautiful and the pools were great. Staff was attentive and polite. I didn’t like the food and drink prices on the resort. I also did was not happy that my room mini-fridge was not working through the entire trip. Otherwise, it was a good trip with satisfactory amenities.

Front desk and concierge were very rude every time from check in to minor questions that we had. It felt like I was bothering them. Door men, staff and bartenders were friendly. Great location, beautiful facility.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. From the dirty rooms to the terrible service from hotel staff. My family & i had a terrible experience with bugs & mold in several of the rooms. Expedia provided no assistance whatsoever. This is my 1st & last time using expedia.
