New beds or better toppers please.
Staff were friendly and helpful, easy check in. Room was a good size and clean but the bed was really uncomfortable - could feel the springs coming through. Just baffles me how these places charge Ā£100 a night for 1 person and the beds are in such bad condition. Needless to say I did not wake up rested. Breakfast was fine, not very hot, as it's a buffet.

Good hotel all round
Excellent check in. Lovely room but it was cold heating didnā€™t work. No sign on the lounge bar to say it was closed and to use the other bar so people were standing there waiting for a while.

The room was not as described, we had two beds rather than one bed and a sofa. Furthermore when advising the hotel that the room does not lock from the inside which is concerning for a ground floor room they are unable to fix the door or provide and alternative. Restaurant is overpriced, service was disappointing and location is noisy.

The mark of a hotel is how they deal with a problem. I needed to change rooms at 1am. The staff were great and sorted another room very quickly and cheerfully. Namib and his colleague were excellent. Minor niggle was room service, no answer on the phone but Reception took the order. There is a Ā£5 surcharge after 11pm. A fair charge but should be stated on the menu. Look forward to staying here again.

Hotel was great when I stayed here. Room was lovely and even had a view of the track which was great for the event I was attending. Breakfast was lovely having everything you would want. Would stay here again if I am attending a motorsport event.

Noisy and the spa not working
Awful, they decided that they were going to wash the building from 9am. The noise was awful. Woke us up! We paid the extra for a late check out to have a lie in so it wasnā€™t worth it. Also, the steam room and jacuzzi was out of action. What a joke!

Service was good but the hotel and spa does need a little attention and a bit of money spent. Breakfast is good but did find the food in the restaurant a little expensive and your stay started to add up.
