$129 nightly special for remaining January and February dates!! Beautiful first floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our newly decorated balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood.
Condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed with tempurpedic mattresses and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed with tempurpedic mattresses with access to a full bath. Bedrooms are far enough away from each other for privacy so it's great for 2 couples. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 6 guest comfortably. As you can see from the reviews, it's kept extremely clean. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here.

Great location and property
We spent time in Knoxville and the Smoky Mountains and this was a great location to go between the two. The place was really clean and had the necessary kitchen equipment. The host was great at communicating. I would suggest this rental to others and I would stay here again.

Pigeon Forge Convenience
There were 2 couples on this trip to Pigeon Forge and we could not have picked a better place. This condo is right on the Sevierville / Pigeon Forge line and convenient to everything! We even walked to the Tanger Outlet mall and Walmart is closer (although across busy US441). The condo easily accompanied us and was clean and had everything you would need. We will recommend this condo to our friends and will stay again. Pam & Bill

This property is in a quiet area, but new construction going up right next to them. We weren't bothered by any noise. Stayed in the area to attend a convention, so were not in the condo a lot. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit, so had rain for 3 days, but no flooding where we were. The biggest thing we had to deal with was figuring out the TV's. We were not familiar with ROKU, so took a bit to find the channels we were used to watching. Kitchen was well stocked, including a single serving Keurig coffee machine. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect
The condo was perfect for our family. We wanted to be near the action in case my youngest son needed help. This place was far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with all the traffic to go eat and shop. First floor was extremely convenient. Enjoyed watching the ducks from the back porch. And the beds were divine! This place had everything we needed and more! I hope to make this our place to stay every time we come to PF. You will not be disappointed!

Great stay
The property was just as described and is in the middle of all the action. A short drive to anywhere in pigeon Forge and easy access to the back road to avoid traffic if desired. Very convenient to Dollywood. We saw waterfowl out the back door and could not ask for a better stay.

This condo is in a great location. Not far from restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the ducks and geese. We really liked it being on ground floor. We did not have to wait on elevator and parking is right there. It made it easy to load and unload our belongings. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!
We have stayed at this location several times we love staying in this location. Property could use a good spring cleaning a lot of Cob webs in every room cleaning company is rushing through cleaning but other then that it’s a cute quiet place and we will be back!
