Great cabin
The cabin had plenty of space and comfortable accomodations for our group of 15. The teens/kids loved the hot tub, wooded area, and stream. The adults enjoyed the gathering spaces - large dining table, firepit with seating, and family room. We had a wonderful stay.

It was amazing. Great location. Definitely rustic.
The fire pit was not on the river like posted, but it was still good. Sink by the kitchen was broken but still works if lined up correctly. No dishwasher. Layout was weird and the 2nd shower upstairs was very small. Hot tub was great condition but the lid was ripped so leaves and stuff got in there. Great deck, good beds and furniture. The pool table was beat up and not playable.

Nice
We arrived late at night and the property had not been cleaned. Management was great about getting everything refunded and cleaned the next day. The cabin was nice and worked well for our trip once we could get in

Great location but not a great place
The location of the property is beautiful and ideal. The property itself is very outdated. The kitchen floor is rotted and the kitchen smells terrible. The river is not easily accessible like the picture shows.

This was a great place for our family to get together. The outdoor porch was perfect. The housedefinitely needs a little tlc. It's very old which doesn't show up in the pictures. You also may want to bring your own cooking pots and pans. There kitchen is not stocked very well.

Pictures don’t tell the whole story!
When we arrived beds had been slept in, dirty used towels and trash in trashcans. We arrived 22 hours after our normal checkin time and it was like this. 3 hours later someone arrived to clean it. I will post pictures on google and yelp reviews. The property manager insisted because they were going to fix it, no monetary assistance will be offered. It’s not 7 bedrooms. It’s 5 bedrooms with two beds in loft areas

Beautiful Property, Great Location (With a Few Quirks)
This cabin was in a very good location, being close to the city, but back in the woods enough to where it felt as if we were miles from civilization. While the cabin itself was in good overall condition, there were a few little quirks that needed navigating. The kitchen floor had a bit of flex to it, and there were boards that were sticking up that little kids or older adults might trip over. Pros: - Great location, very close to major attractions but surrounded by dense woods. - Sound of the creek was very relaxing. - Very rustic feel throughout the cabin. - Beds were comfortable and plentiful. - Living room was set up in a way for our kids to be able to run around while the adults sat and talked / played board games. - Televisions in just about every room. - Box fans are supplied. - Beds were extremely comfortable. Things that could be cons, but weren’t an issue for our family: - Wifi was spotty. - Creek might be a little difficult to access for individuals that aren’t as young. Cons: - Beds were VERY tall, with only one or two having “steps” built into the frame. - Kitchen floor was messed up and a potential hazard for small children or older adults. - Some doors had swelled over the years, making them difficult to open / close. (door from the kitchen to the deck was incredibly difficult) - Wears Valley road is a *little* close, so if there’s heavy traffic it could be a slight irritant. - There is a room upstairs that has ZERO air conditioning, and it gets unbearably hot (we visited in August) Final thoughts: My family and I loved this cabin for so many reasons. The few cons weren’t enough for us to dislike the property, and everything being so close was a huge bonus. Personally, I had a great week in the cabin and would spend another vacation there without issue.

My stay was wonderful
My family stay at this property was wonderful. Family enjoyed the deck and campfire outside the cabin. It was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed including the thing for smores around the campfire. Kids enjoyed the creek and adults enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the water from the creek. Grills came in handy. Only thing was the kitchen floor was weak and once we figured out which wifi to use it was great. We had a wonderful stay. Would recommend this property to other and would book it again in the future.

Exterior is great . Interior has an interesting layout but it is dirty. The whole place needs a good deep cleaning. There was actually black mold on the matress cover on my bed and i several other areas. The kitchen floor has several weak spots. The hot tub smelled of mildew.

Great Location
Location was great. Close enough to Pigeon Forge while still feeling secluded. Creek was great for the kids to play in. Highway noise was a little loud that took away from some of the experience, but we still enjoyed being outside. Also, this house does not have nice finishes and has some flaws like spongy kitchen floors, old bathroom fixtures, and a wonky layout (like walking through one bedroom to get to another). We really didn’t mind any of those things and enjoyed the large outside deck, hot tub, HUGE dining space and gathering spaces for family time.

It was ok
I'm not saying it was all that bad, but it wasn't great. The kitchen floor is more like an outdoor porch, you don't quite feel right walking around bare foot. The decor could use some work and there definitely could use some repairs and upgrades, especially the showers/bathrooms. The linen were fine, beds were comfortable, the A/C was surprisingly able to keep up with the summer heat and even in the hottest bedroom you were pretty cool at night with the fans going. The outdoor porch is wonderful but not setup to be very inviting... could use some lighting, outdoor cozy seating, etc. It's a lovely, but kind of wasted space. The creek was beautiful and the area was very private with the trees and water. I enjoyed it, but many in my party complained about the upkeep of the place. Also, no dishwasher and only 4 forks. Other than that, the place was great :D

Good location, no wifi, not for older adults or very young children
Pros: good location convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Quiet with enough room for our party of 15 to hang out and sleep comfortably. Hot tub works well. Creek is pretty although not easy to access. Cons: no wifi and very limited cell phone service because of home location. Out of 15 in our party, only 3 had cell service and it was very limited. With no wifi, we had no way of looking up things to do, attraction hours, directions, etc. No wifi also means no tv service. So, while there is a tv in almost every room, there are no streaming services, cable, satellite or local channels available. When I booked the home in November 2020, wifi was listed as an amenity. They have since removed it on the listing but I was never notified that wifi would not be available. We only found out when we arrived at the house and tried to connect. We did receive a small refund for our inconvenience. Communication was good for the most part, but we did arrive for our 4:00 pm check-in only to find that they had just started cleaning the house from the previous tenants. It was about 5:30 pm before we could get into the house. The floors in this house are very uneven, especially in the kitchen. There are many tripping hazards so I would not recommend it for older adults, very young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Great Cabin but needs a little love.
Great location to restaurants, activities, and stores to buy anything you may have forgotten to pack for the trip. Beautiful scenery on the property with a very nice creek/river for splashing and swimming for kids. Lots of trees which provides lots of privacy. However, there is no gate at the entrance which allows the general public to come on the property. We were bothered by random strangers parking and blocking our vehicles while on the property. The cabin was not very well kept. There was plenty of trash around the cabin and patio. Spider webs covered everything outdoors and indoors. It took us a little while upon arriving to clean the chairs on the patio and near the fire pit in order to enjoy using the furniture. There are plenty of webs in the bedroom ceilings. More lights are needed at the entrance to the property to make arriving in the dark easier for those not familiar with the property. There are 2 different grills (charcoal and propane). The grill was very dirty and required extensive cleaning to be used. The propane tank was also out of propane and we had to go purchase our own in order to use the grill. Inside the cabin was very rustic, the kitchen had very nice appliances and everything you will need to make meals during your stay. However, the oven does not work properly and created an hour delay on meals that should have taken only 20 minutes. The floor boards in the kitchen are very uneven and needs repairing. Can be very dangerous for young walkers (Toddlers). There are a few rooms that do not have any AC vents which leaves the rooms very hot. They did provide fans in the rooms but most did not work and we ended up going to walmart to buy our own. 2 out of 3 of the showers were clogged but once the property manager was informed they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue. There was a down power line in the creek which caused no internet/cable the entire time we were there. The property manager did refund a small percentage of our cost for the inconvenience nance. Overall, great location, plenty of space for large groups,. Check-in and check-out were effortless and ideal, but property managers need to take better care of the cabin and improve on cleaniliness.

No internet the entire weekend. Old floorboards in kitchen are trip hazards. Pool table is worn out and not level. The upstairs shower drains slow as well.
