We can’t wait to welcome you home to our newly renovated property just 2 miles from Dollywood! If you want to stay in the heart of Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and still feel like you are nestled away in the mountains, then this is right for you! We take a ton of pride in making this the cleanest place you’ve ever stayed. If you have any question about the cleanliness, location, or pure awesomeness, take a look at our reviews and you will believe!


This is the right side of a beautiful triplex located in a very quiet holler right off of Veterans Blvd. so you can get where ya wanna go quick but feel like you’re deep in the woods when you get back home from a day of fun! You’ll be snoozin’ about a minute from Veterans Blvd. and only a few minutes from the Parkway! Check in his contactless and we will message you a door code prior to your arrival.


We own about 5.5 acres with a total of 9 units and nothing else so you are guaranteed peace and quiet.


We want y'all to love this place like we love our home so we spared no expense to make you feel at home. From the Egyptian Cotton, Anti-Allergen linens, to the down alternative comforters and pillows, bamboo heat-wicking sheets, brand new foam top mattresses, and more, you’ll be sleeping like royalty. (We just ain’t got no one to feed you grapes).


This place is also loaded with some tech goodies. You’ll enjoy a 42” smart TV in the kids’ bedroom , a 55” TV in the king master bedroom, a 65” smart TV in the living room, and arcade games with 14 games for you to set some high scores! And listen… I know this ain’t no beach but with our high speed 1200 Mbps internet (our teenager says that’s good), you can still surf the web! #DadJokes


Your retreat will come fully stocked with all the kitchen appliances we could think of for any home cooked meals you like to make. You’ll also enjoy a dining table that’s big enough to seat 6 for all that good takeout you’ll be bringing home too!


While you’re out on the town, don’t be afraid to get a little dirty or start a food fight at a nice restaurant (as long as you don’t tell ‘em we said to do it)… The washer and dryer are ultra high-tech quick and quiet … so you can enjoy your family while the laundry spins.


The master bedroom has a king bed and is ultra plush… believe me it’s great! The second bedroom has a bunk bed with storage. The beds are twin on top and a full on bottom. The bottom bunk will comfortably fit anyone 6 feet tall or under. Both of the mattresses in the second room are just as high-quality and plush as everything else.


Last but certainly not least, is the outdoor space complete with 4 of the nicest rocking chairs you’ve ever enjoyed (yes, they’re even better than Cracker Barrel) so you can enjoy your spare time with peace and quiet in the crisp mountain air.


If you’re still reading, I know that was about a long as a Harry Potter novel written in large font but… we take pride in our place so we figured you outta know what kind of luxuries you’re in for!

Every thing was fantastic! Even my picky Mother was happy with the accommodations. It was very clean and comfortable (Mom thinks the hospitals don’t clean well enough). The view out the windows was very peaceful which was great as having 2 handicapped seniors one was always there to rest for the day and they had a pleasant view. They accepted my whole family including the animals and we all had a wonderful time. Can’t say enough good thongs.about the Host.

This home was amazing! Very clean, organized, easy to enter, comfy beds! The location was fabulous for us since it was our first time here we wanted to see everything. This house is close to all of it: Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, etc...I would recommend this house to everyone.

Awesome Place! Secluded, but close to the Action!
This pet friendly home is tucked away in a beautiful setting just minutes away from all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home that is in excellent condition. The appliances appear to be relatively new sporting a huge refrigerator in the kitchen and a large washer/dryer setup in a utility room. There is a large flat screen TV in the Livingroom along with 2 arcade games setup and ready to play. Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV and we had a strong wireless internet connection the whole time we were there. Upon arrival there was 2 complementary jars of local jelly waiting for us on the dining room table. I’ve never had that happen before! We definitely enjoyed the jelly on toast each morning while there. Awesome Location! 2 miles from Dollywood, and Rocky Top Mountain Coaster was just a little further down the road. We were 5 miles from the Comedy Barn which was our first stop after getting settled in. Kim and Logan were excellent hosts and responded quickly to our texts when ever we had any questions. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! We couldn’t ask for a more peaceful and quiet setting, yet so close to downtown Pigeon Forge where we spent a lot of our time. 5 Stars! The property was very quiet, nicely decorated, very comfy couch and beds. Nice washer and dryer which made it even more enjoyable as we could wash towels, clothing etc as needed. Close to everything without being crowded
Whether visiting Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, this location was ideal for us. Away from the noise and crowds but still close to everything. Everything was a quick drive to get to. The rental we stayed in was attached to 2 other units. Kind of like an attached garden homes/townhouse. It was 1 level. It was nicely updated on the inside. Everything was clean. The sofas were very comfortable. It had two bedrooms but we only used the master. It had a nice full sized washer and dryer available. The bathroom was a little small but still nice. The kitchen is spacious but not a lot of counter space. There is not Dishwasher in this unit. It was not an issue for us since we only used small plates and was able to hand wash them. There is a full size fridge with a bottom freezer. We did have an issue with the fridge where the ice and water dispenser did not seem to be working. Again it was not a huge issue during this trip since we brought enough ice ourselves in a cooler and bottles of water. We notified then when we left that this was something they should address for future renters. We did take advantage of the cabinet arcade games a few times. That was nice to have and for someone who grew up playing arcades games in the 70’s , 80’s and 90’s it was great. Overall a great stay. If we visit the area again would definitely consider renting again.

The accommodations are just as advertised. The house was spotless. We cooked 1 meal and found the cooking utensils were more than adequate. I have rented other places and had wished that I had brought my own. Kim and Logan were very prompt in responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely stay again if back in the area. We loved our stay! The place was up to date, cute and VERY comfortable! I wish we would have had more than 2 nights of a stay! It was far enough away from the main strip, but not too far away. Quiet. The owners were very quickly to respond to any messages, the description of the beds, was on point! Lol the whole family slept in without even realizing it 😂🙌 the only real complaint that i have is that there werent any plastic cups for my 3 yr old/9yr old to use(i didnt want to risk them breaking one of the glass ones. So we had to purchase plastic cups for them. But, we would definitely rent from you again! Thank you for the sweet gift 😋 and for the hospitality! ❤️

Pure Perfection!
This triplex was a wonderful place to stay! The owners are AMAZING and extremely communicative. The property was very clean and comfortable. I was recovering from being sick and very much enjoyed the large comfortable bed! You are also allowed to bring your furry friend, as the owners are huge pet people. My teenager (and husband) enjoyed the video games. The location is perfect. You are literally 2 minutes from Dollywood. The hollow is quiet and peaceful. They offer rocking chairs and fire pits, although we never took advantage. I highly recommend this place and we will stay again!

A HAPPY stay for all!!
The whole family dog included enjoyed the stay. Wonderful smell as we entered, spotless, updated decor and appliances, enough TVs for all so no squabbling, sturdy quality furniture, plenty of fluffy soft towels/washcloths for everyone, games for kids and grown-up kids, fast-hot water (we like it hot, don’t like washing hands in lukewarm water), plenty of space to walk the dog, owners gave us a GREAT list of good restaurants (helped us to have done good meals out without worrying), nice quiet spot, still close to everything on our list to visit, and everyone said their bed was more comfortable than home’s (this never happens). If we vacation here again this will be our go-to spot!! Thank you for making our trip the best!

This was ideal for our short 2 night getaway. The house is super close to Dollywood and lots of great attractions - Old Mill, Patriot Park, shopping centers, putt putt, and more. The house was nicely decorated for Christmas putting us in a festive mood. Kim and Logan provided makeup remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, Mrs Meyers soaps, and a very sweet parting gift. I can tell a lot of thought, time, and energy has gone into this rental to make it special for their guests. The beds were super comfortable. The arcade games and foosball table were a hit with our kids. Check out was a bizarre! I would stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!
