Step into the warm and inviting room of our mountain cottage in Wears Valley, Tennessee, and let the stresses of everyday life melt away. This charming space is designed to make you feel like you're wrapped in a warm hug, with comfortable seating and stunning mountain views. The living room will allow you to sink into a plush sectional while watching a flat-screen TV with the electric fireplace on.

Step into the heart of our mountain cottage cabin and discover a kitchen that's as warm and inviting as the mountains themselves. This charming space is designed to make cooking and dining a joy, with modern amenities, rustic touches, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There is an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and ample counter space. The dining room has a 3-person table where you can enjoy your delicious meal. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.

Escape to the great outdoors and unwind in the fresh mountain air at our Mountain Cottage's outdoor oasis. The screened porch, stone fireplace, hot tub, charcoal grill, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains create the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Enjoy the large yard while watching your kids or furry babies play.

Location/ Roads/ Parking:
This cabin is easy to access with paved roads by vehicle or motorcycle. Level parking for 3 vehicles. Just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes from Gatlinburg, and 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains. You will find a Dollar General or Kroger nearby. With excellent location, you are just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge.

Pet Policy:
The pet fee is $100 per dog
There is a 2 dog maximum
We only allow dogs
You will need to bring a crate
Please do NOT leave your pet at the home alone unless it is kept in the kennel
The pet fee is a non-refundable
Please clean up after your pet(s).
Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is damage, or additional excessive cleaning needed from your pet, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning.
Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps- or aN additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair & odor left behind.

Special Dates:
Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day.

Check-In:
4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.

Damage Coverage: covers you up to $250 dollars of unintentional accidents to the property (any damages that exceed the $250, intentional or unintentional, will be charged to the credit card on file).
