Iam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the check-in service I recently experienced at your hotel. I arrived late at night, and I was the only guest in the lobby at the time. However, the staff member who assisted me, Maria, failed to offer even the most basic greeting or make eye contact. Her attitude was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely unacceptable for a service industry employee. During the check-in process, Maria continued to work on other tasks instead of focusing on assisting me. When I inquired about the reason for the delay, she responded with an unpleasant expression and told me to "just wait" without any explanation. I found this response to be both dismissive and disrespectful. I have stayed at numerous hotels around the world, but I have never encountered such poor service. The experience was so uncomfortable that I even felt as though I was being discriminated against, which made the situation even more distressing. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and risks damaging your hotel’s reputation. Immediate action must be taken to address this issue, including improving staff training and ensuring that guests are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. I also expect a formal explanation and appropriate corrective measures in response to this incident. The first impression a hotel gives its guests is critical, and it is your responsibility to ensure that all customers are treated with courtesy and dignity.

The hotel is well located. Most attractions are only about 15, 20 min away. The room was spacious and the shower was good. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Downsides: The room furniture was old, the TV was not smart, and the daily cleaning was poor.

They did not give us a room upgrade, the bottle of sparkling wine was a tiny bottle. They didn’t even give a complimentary water. We asked for an iron and the iron they brought was broken with the wires exposed. The Hotel is very nice and well located, but I would never stay here as the service was horrible.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could have been better. The room itself was nice—comfortable and clean—but my main reason for upgrading was to enjoy the bathtub. Unfortunately, when I got to the room, I found the bathtub didn't work. I called reception, and a technician was sent to fix it, but despite their efforts, the issue couldn’t be resolved. While the hotel itself is decent and the location is great, this was a disappointing issue that affected my stay. I’d rate it a 7/10—it's not a bad hotel, but I expected more given the price and the initial excitement about the amenities.

The check in was easy. The Front Desk staff was helpful though we dont speak Spanish. The room is cozy and cleaned and the bathroom have bidet spray which is a plus. A safe in the room is a plus. We took bolt everywhere we go which was very easy. Highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. I noticed after we left that we were supposed to receive a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival but it was not offered to us. The location was very close to the metro and light rail that was which was very easy to zip around the city.
