NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 5 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed 1.40 meters wide (once made bed), which allows to sleep 2 additional people.

The dining table is extendible up to 10 diners.

Its modern kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave).

The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality.

It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber.

Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets.

Being a quiet street and a very well insulated floor of the noise, allows you the perfect rest and privacy.
At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.

It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the brotherhoods run only a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see the brotherhoods and be able to rest when you feel like it.

The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is easily accessed on a nice walk along the river or with direct buses or taxi, which have their stop a few meters.

The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important art gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.
Also, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillian Palace Houses and churches of very high cultural value.

The river Guadalquivir, which runs through the city, is located 100 meters from the apartment. Next to it is the Plaza de Toros La Maestranza and the Barrio de Triana, a genuine neighborhood of artists, bullfighters and artisans.

Great location, perfect for a group or family
Really happy to have stayed here during my visit to Seville in July. Can confirm the AC works great! And, there is an elevator in the building. Hosts are very generous and took the time to meet our group in-person, review details about the apartment and the neighborhood. They even left information about a local doctor. They thought of everything! Javier was available to answer all of our questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Search no further. The 4 most important criteria to rate is location, whether it’s quiet, cleanliness and how comfortable our stay was. Javier’s apartment easily earns 5 stars on all 4. The beds seemed new and difficult to leave. The apartment was spotless, never disturbed by noise and its location allowed us to walked everywhere in this beautiful city. Javier greeted us upon arrival and generously gave us a verbal tour of the city. We would definitely return.

My husband I stayed in Javier’s apartment for our first visit to Seville. He is a gracious and responsive host and provided extensive helpful information about the city and things to do. The apartment is elegant and a comfortable resting spot after each day of touring. It worked well for the two of us, but would also be a great layout for two couples or a family. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. It was well situated for excellent restaurants, groceries, and tour sites: all walkable. We also took day trips to Cordoba and Cádiz by train and took taxis or Uber or walked to reach the two train stations. We love Seville and this apartment and hope to return.

This is a very spacious apartment in the center of Seville. The apartment is very modern, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a great American drip coffee maker. We were able to walk to all the major sites (cathedral, barrio/Santa Cruz, Alcázar) Also, 2 blocks to cross the river to Triana and enjoy the beautiful river view walk. It was so lovely to sit in the front room with the large windows open to the charming street below. Unit quiet for sleeping. Javier was a wonderful host. He is very responsive to any questions that may arise.

Javier has found his calling
This apartment is an excellent value and Javier is a beyond-excellent host. The apartment has everything you need, including a very well equipped kitchen. It is well located to get to every site you would want to see and every restaurant you would want to visit. The only place we taxi-ed to was the train station--everywhere else we walked. It was immaculately clean. I would not call it luxurious, but everything worked and was in good repair, and for the price you will not beat it. Javier has obviously spent alot of time anticipating what a guest would need to have a comfortable stay and has provided it all in this little gem of an apartment. He provided dish soap, bathroom soap, TP, paper towels, a few trash bags, cooking staples, and a rather amazing little welcome basket of starter groceries. (I don't know if he does this for everyone, or just for longer term guests, but we nibbled our way through the goodies he left the whole time we were there.) Other details he has thought of include American adaptors for Spanish outlets and plenty of coat-hangers. I bet I've stayed in about 50 VRBOs around the world, and Javier was hands down the best host I've ever encountered. From his communications before arriving, to his in-depth turnover at check-in, to trouble shooting a couple of problems (that we caused) during our stay, to providing concierge services--he was the BEST. You won't be sorry if you pick one of Javier's apartments.

Fantastic Stay in Seville
Our host Javier is the best host we have ever had, and we have booked many properties through VRBO. Javier was so helpful with all our needs. The apartment is in an amazing location and is spotless. We stayed for 7 weeks which meant the kitchen was very important - it has everything you need and the grocery stores are very close. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. Thanks Javier!!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was perfect from the initial communication with Javier through our 4 night stay. The check in was smooth and Javier gave us lots of information on Seville and has helpful maps and information available. The apartment is in a great location in the central city. There are many restaurants and and grocery very close. We walked everywhere. The street is lovely with orange trees right outside the nice balcony windows. The furniture is very comfortable and was perfect for our family of four (husband and two adult sons). The beds were comfortable and there are extra linens and pillows if needed. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice dishes and appliances. I appreciated having a little sugar and other spices available. The washing machine was great to have too. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing stay in the heart of Seville
Javier was one of the most helpful hosts I have ever encountered. In the apartment was any possible information we could need from restaurants to taxis to things to do in the city. We used the guidebooks left in the apartment throughout our entire stay. Javier's communication was excellent and it was very easy to arrange check-in. The apartment was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balconies and having a comfortable space to ourselves. The location was within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend staying in this flat!
