Came with my wife and two children (both under age 3) and had a great stay. Hotel was clean and staff was super helpful with every request we made. Hotel was very well located in a quiet area that was close to great restaurants, shopping and attractions in Sevilla. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

The hotel is very nice and very conveniently located. The staff was very accommodating. The room was very comfortable, and we got the pillows we requested which made our night sleep so comfortable. The only thing that we found peculiar was that the room we booked was nothing like in the photos. First we were offered this room that had as a ‘balcony’ the bottom of a well. That is, a space on the first floor that extended all the way to the top of the building, like the bottom of a well. The room we were switched to was very nice but had no balcony, as shown in photos when we books the room. We were told that the specs of the rooms with that denomination are not quite the same. All in all, while we did appreciate the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the staff, we did not appreciate being deceived in booking a room.

A beautiful hotel in the heart is Sevilla. Placed within walking distance of all the main attractions around Sevilla. But the main reason to stay is the staff. Always friendly and amazingly helpful. From our warmest of greetings to their city to cooking porridge for two fussy English. They really did make our stay a wonderful experience.
