Due to issues with Delta Airlines, we did not arrive until much later than anticipated (close to midnight), but had already received our unit assignment and login passcode. The communication I received said I had unit 1. There was a piece of paper next to the door for unit 1 said "Shelly + GY". Since my name is commonly misspelled like that (missing the 2nd "e"), I assumed that probably meant that "GY" meant something like "and guests". But the code did not work. I called Debra to ask for the code and was told they changed me to another unit (without communicating that to me in any manner) and she essentially reprimanded me for not checking every unit. Once in the unit, we found that "two queen beds + 2 twin beds with premium bedding" described in the Hotels.com advertising turned out to be 2 queen beds with OK mattresses and two murphy beds with very lumpy, uncomfortable mattresses. In addition to that, both sides of the reclining couch were broken, so they did not recline. I will say that the location was great, the place was clean, the view was amazing, the decor was fun, and the massage chair was a nice touch.
