Water leaking from bathroom and poor maintenance
The bathroom was in bad condition. Water was leaking from there to the door entrance and the bed adjacent to the wall. The carpet was wet and even the bed skirt was wet. There was water wet stains on the wall outside the bathroom. Air conditioning was put on while we entered the room in first time, and apparently the housekeeper department realized the room was not in good condition so it kept the air conditioning on at all times. We noticed the leaking status on the second night and requested to move to another room ( #749 to #758) The agent commented and admitted this is an old hotel so it is not common to have such worse conditions! location wise it is closer to our friends nearby, but to pick this hotel is one of the worst experience in hotel staying of east Asia.

Besides a bed and bathroom, not even a desk nor a bench for suitcases. Doesn’t matter a chair nor a closet can fit in the belongings for one person. My backpack, hand carrying bag and my suitcase are all on the floor. I can only place my laptop on the bed!!

The room is really small but clean . We are both small and short , if you are bigger and taller , it would be difficult to move around . Tha cleaning ladies are nice . The main desk , they are efficient but seem a little abrupt when we ask questions . It is quite convenient .

Good and inexpensive stay in Hk
Facility is a little dated with a minimalist lobby and reception area. But it is very convenient .there is a direct bus to airport A41 if you don't want to use hotel shuttle. two MTR stations are within 15 min walk. There are lots of eateries within the hotel and in the neighborhood. The hotel is next to a river and a bike lane...good and inexpensive place to stay It is also easy to get to border crossing to mainland. Room size can be average to roomy. It looks busy in the lobby, but it is not noisy once you are at room floors.
