Solid, comfortable stay.
3rd time here in 15 months. Room clean and tidy, comfortable bed, low-key but good service from staff. Did not use Hotel restaurants.

Lovely hotel
The hotel was fantastic, spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was lovely to receive an upgrade upon arrival to a river view room, which was stunning. The bridge from level three to the New Town Plaza shopping centre was extremely convenient.

I have stayed here many times. We have always had a positive experience and the new remodel is terrific. It is actually in a very convenient place on the MTR to travel throughout Hong Kong. I don’t even consider another hotel. Love that it’s attached to the mall and all of the eateries associated with that.

Very nice hotel. Spacious, clean, good pool and sauna room. Very close to the train. It takes less than 30 min to go to Tsim Sha Tsui. Many food options close to the hotel. Good option for business or family travel.

Value for money to stay here...
Booked 2 rooms for 4 night stay here and were highly impressed with the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was great though it might be a bit time consuming to change a few time for the MTR rides to town areas and shopping areas.
