DISGUSTING!!!
The room was disgusting!!! As if an extremely hard bed wasn’t bad enough, there were dead bugs one the floor and mouse feces in the bathtub. It was a terrible room and I left. I just wanted a couple hours of sleep as I drove cross country and I couldn’t stay there with that kind of filth. I would not recommend this place for anybody.

At $40 a night you have to have low expectations, but this place was great! Clean bed, and did NOT smell like smoke which is all I was looking for! There was a fridge and microwave which exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this place to budget travelers. The only things to note are that the air conditioner/heater is above the sink so you have to climb the sink to turn it on. There was not a remote. I am young so that is fine, but if you cannot do this then you will be without temperature control. The coffee maker did not have the little plastic thing in order to brew. There was a coffee maker and coffee, but I could not brew because the plastic that normally holds the coffee was not there. Overall I am extremely happy with my stay, and I would definitely stay again! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a budget hotel.

The area was very nice and quiet. There is a nice wooden swing under a gazebo that’s lit up in the middle of the parking lot. It’s a nice quiet place to read/listen to music/watch the sunset. Would definitely stay again.

The Rooms are in great condition and Clean. Appear to have been recently updated. We are doing the Route 66 drive and try to stay in "Non-Chain" hotels along that route. This one fits the bill perfectly. Amenities are just as they were when Route 66 first opened. Great Room, Comfortable Bed, Clean - No Free Breakfast just like there was none in days gone bye. Remains on my Stay Again list.

Above all else I need quiet when staying in a motel. So I'm willing to stay in a no name brand motel with few amenities. The room was clean and had excellent hot water. My biggest suggestion to owner is to clean the A/C grill and vent. Absolutely disgusting and in that condition I'd never turn it on. But that is the usual condition of just about any motel room. Did COVID not teach any hotel/ motel anything?

Sooo clean & comfy
We stay here every year. We travel 1-2 times a year from California to Oklahoma and we ALWAYS stay here. The people are SUPER nice and accommodating. It’s VERY inexpensive and even though we could stay at much fancier places we LOVE it here bcuz we’re so comfortable and have peace of mind knowing we are safe. Thank you! We’ll be back soon
