Fantastic hotel with huge rooms
Fantastic one night stop off. Very near to Disney and the hotel run a shuttle bus there and also to and from the airport which is also nearby. The rooms are huge with everything you could ever need. Would highly recommend. The bed could fit a family of four comfortably with room to spare.

Close to Disneyland, which was the main reason for selecting this hotel. Shuttle to Disneyland was frequent enough. Shuttle to train station could include earlier services as our bullet train to Beijing was at 9am and we had to catch a taxi since earliest hotel shuttle departs at 9:30am

hotel provides shuttle service to key places like Disneyland, airport and the bund. Staff were attentive. Lights in the wardrobe section of the room were out. They were restored without me informing during morning room make up. My kids were restless while waiting at the lobby, Joy Lu was selfless, came over and entertain them with balloon sculpture. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous. Wide spread of food.

Rooms and staff were great!!! More English speaking people needed. Very much convenient with all the different buses to Disneyland, airport and train station!

The hotel is clean but room is not ready when tried to check in around 4pm. The restaraunt in the hotel is average, taste is not so good.

The shuttle did not show up the 3 times we intended to use it so we called the front desk for a taxi because we were on a time restraint and they did not call causing us to miss our flight.
