Great hotel w amazing convenience

It had amazing view of the city and was very comfortable and clean. The service was also excellent, and the location was great. Connected to the department store that had everything one needs: eaterie, fancy dining, shopping, etc. I would want to stay here again in our next visit to Shanghai.

the rooms are okay, decent bathrooms and clean rooms. the staff doesn't really speak English so its hard to communicate. breakfast wasn't the greatest, not many options. Hotel rooftop restaurant also didn't have the best food. best part of this hotel is the mall next to it has a lot of good restaurants to eat which is a plus.

Location is ok, but all the facility are not good and a little bit dirty on desk or chair, also you can head someone keep making noise and the wind is also very Josie, over all it’s not worth to spend money on this property

Aircon cannot be adjusted due to centralized Aircon. Had to change room in the middle of the night.
