The staff’s service is above and beyond. Excellent, would highly recommend. Breakfast buffet is so good, so much variety. The front desk, janitors and camellia restaurant staff are all amazingly helpful! May Bao is the best ! My kid said this hotel is 100 out of 10!

The whole team from front desk, bellman, Houskeeping to restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The only imperfection was allowing little kids to be in the hot tub after 9pm were disruptive to the quiet enjoyment of other paying guests.

The service was great - the Bell Staff were helpful and saved us from getting ripped off by the Shanghai Cab Drivers - when you get dropped off at the Hotel, run the fare by the Bell Person and they will get the right price from the Driver if they are trying to rip you off - EVERY cab driver in Shanghai tried to rip us off - make sure they drive you right to the entrance (tell them you have to use the ATM) as they try to drop you off on the street to be able to get away with it...
