Amazing location in Sierra Cedars, within walking distance to the neighborhood pond! The large lot is perfect for exploring or snow play in the winter. Modern conveniences such as an updated kitchen with everything you need to cool a meal, free Wifi, Smart TV, and a washer/dryer. Gather around the table at night for fun and games, sip a glass of wine on the deck while the kids watch movies inside, or take a 5-minute drive into town. Decorated with Shaver Lake-specific antiques and decor, you'll be getting the true Shaver Lake experience! Bring your own kayak or use our old canoe! Flat and easy boat parking (Late spring-early fall)! Breathe in the crisp mountain air and sip your morning coffee, or barbecue with your family and friends. Enjoy quiet serenity just close enough to restaurants, shops, & the lake! 30 minutes to China Peak!

Love the area!
This was our first trip to Shaver Lake and we fell in love with the area. Hiking, off-roading, boating, fishing—-we did it all! This property was just as described and we were very comfortable there. We especially liked the long flat driveway since we had our boat and of course the fact that it was dog-friendly was a major factor in selecting it!
