My father and i stayed there for the first time. Check in was easy and fast. Room was great. Waffle maker was fun and breakfast was delicious. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. Will definately stay there next year. Thank you.

Stayed there multiple times over the last year. Staff and Managers were all very helpful. Room 130 needs some repairs and updating of furniture and bathroom sink etc. Ice maker unreliable and not convenient unless you are located on the west end of the hall . Breakfast buffet is just “ok” . Attendant very helpful !

Smoking pot in end of hallway one room wasn’t clean so we couldn’t even stay and we had four rooms. Only one man there to check in and he would have had to clean room. Said had to call manager about room with pot in it overflowing to hallway and another ladies room. Very disappointed and had to drive to our grandsons house for all 10 of us to sleep would never stay at comfort inns again.

Reception was friendly. However the rooms are in dire need of updating. One of the beds did not have clean sheets. The shower rod was broken so the curtain would not stay closed.

First room I was put in the toilet wasn’t functioning properly. Got put in another room immediately after bringing it up to front desk. Moldy bathroom in the crevices of tub and ceiling of both rooms so I guess they are all like that. Breakfast was ok, you can make your own Belgian waffles that was the highlight. The juices from the machine are watered down and was told there really wasn’t anything that could be done about that. Overall I felt uneasy, but it was all I could manage to pay for at the time. At night time there are tons of work trucks and men hanging around outside. While they weren’t offensive at all it made me a bit uncomfortable. The remote was dirty but the grand finale was that after 3 nights, in the am of my last day I saw something crawling near my head on the pillow. It was a bed bug! I was absolutely disgusted and grossed out. I noticed blood on my finger so it definitely bit me. I went to the front desk immediately and asked for bags to bag up my belongings. They did provide that and tried to inform me that they were not aware of an infestation issue and that they would shut down the room and have it exterminated. The front office manager Lanisha said they would refund one day of my stay and while I do appreciate the gesture I just don’t feel it’s completely appropriate because now I have this looming fear of bringing these bugs into my home and no access to using these items in the meantime.

I liked that it was right off the main road and had a waffle maker. The hotel room was yuck. It smelled bad like mildew/moldy mixed with cigarette smoke. There was mold in the bathroom and the wall A/C unit couldn’t be adjusted or turned off. So rundown with wall paper coming off, damages everywhere, needs total revamp.
