This 3 bed/3 bath house has plenty of extra space, and the Duck River boasts being the most biologically diverse river in North America and perfect for enjoying from a lazy paddle down the river!

Perfect views & Quiet House was not clean, main bathtub dirty, floors dirty, downstairs toilet & sink dirty. We did enjoy the property and house just were surprised not clean as we have never ran into that situation before. Overall we did enjoy our stay

Overall clean place, house has a few minor maintenance issues but has a ton of potential and great place on the duck river. It would be great if the kayaks were able to be in a shed down by the river and an access stair would be nice but we very much enjoyed our stay and would return!
