We were not greeted very warmly at check in. Apparently not a very "pet friendly" hotel as advertised, because you are told not to leave your pet unattended! I don't know many eating establishments that are pet friendly, so good luck with this place.

We booked our room through Expedia-AARP. The price was very reasonable and, although the hotel was not new, the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff, especially the front desk, were very efficient and pleasant. The maid service was courteous and helpful, checking if we needed any towels or anything since we indicated we did not need our room made up. The complimentary breakfast was simple and the parking area was well-lit and adequate. We were pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Started off my tv didnā€™t work, the guy came down and said he didnā€™t have time to worry about tvā€™s. Then I go to take a shower this morning and NO hot water, so I said something to them and was told that they have no problem with their hot water and took my key and walked away

I was skeptical as it showed only 2 stars, but reviews were positive. It was only for one night so gave it a chance. I was a late evening check in so was only there about 11 hours but my experience was positive. Check in was quick, room was clean and bed was comfortable. The comforter was the best Iā€™ve ever had at a hotel-in fact, wanted to possibly purchase one at check out but the desk clerk was not around when I left. Breakfast was minimal but my 3 year old granddaughter and I enjoyed a nice conversation as she had juice and ate cereal and a bun while I had fresh waffles. Coffee was instant I believe but good enough I filled my travel mug to take with. The only negative if Iā€™d even call it that, was the aroma of the owners meals as you enter the lobby but this will not deter me from staying in the future as it did permeate the rooms.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Only offered 3 cereals with white & wheat toast and waffles otherwise enjoyed staying there.
