We really liked the Grand Hyatt: the staff were super helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was big, well designed, and quiet, and had a great view of the city. Customer service was horrible and they literally made me call them several times to let them know that I will be doing a late check in. Horrible experience and I'd never stay there again.

I consider overall is not bad, will rank higher if the bedding is better. The pillow is soft like nth when sleeping on it and the mattress lacks proper firmness.

I had other 5-stor hotel options in Shanzhen but I stick to Grand Hyatt for its amazing spa setting and its convenient location. I love it’s connected to a giant mall so I can just walk over for great dining options. It’s high end and quiet, though it is probably less grand than the other new 5-star hotels around. I highly recommend this place and will def stay here again and again- and you must see the spa and be wowed.
