Our beautiful guesthouse, is located on 3 wooded acres with wonderful country views, in the hills above Sherwood. The home's bright, open space, is the perfect location for your Wine Tasting Trip, a Romantic Getaway, or a Relaxing Family Vacation. Our Casita is just minutes from local wineries, restaurants and coffee shops and is completely separate from our main home.

The private deck with gas BBQ, is a great place to relax with a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening, all while enjoying the lovely country views.

Our best VRBO experience
Mark and Lisa were the best hosts we have experienced. They handled a couple requests for our two grand-babies. The apartment was laid out, furnished and prepared perfectly for our stay. Could not be more happy. We will use this owner in the future

Awesome place and host!
Met Mark on day one and he persuaded showed us the casita. Great layout inside with plenty of amenities . The porch outside had a great view and even got to see Mt. Hood on a clear day 70 miles away. We will return on next trip and know we will enjoy ourselves again.

Perfect!
We were fortunate to have two separate one week stays at the casita in July and both times were perfect. Lisa and Mark are the kindest hosts and they obviously take an immense amount of pride in their VRBO. Both times it was immaculate, quiet, efficient and welcoming. It has every amenity imaginable and enjoying wine on the deck with the stunning view of Mt. Hood was the perfect way to relax and enjoy the evenings. We look forward to staying again.

Cool digs during hot days.
We had a great stay during 4 days of near 100 degree weather. Air conditioning worked well and nights cooled down nicely. The casita is in great condition and we enjoyed the view from the porch in the morning and evening. We certainly will consider staying here during our next visit and are considering staying for longer periods.

The absolute best❤️
I do a lot of travel and this is my first time at the Wine Casita, and it’s by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Very homey, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything from kitchen amenities, comfy bed and linens and an overall calming feel of the space. I stayed nearly 3 weeks and was able to work remote from the space and see friends and family while in town. The Casita is my new home away from home when I need to visit Portland. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Mark and Lisa!

Best little Casita in Oregon!
Mark and Lisa, the owners, were just across the driveway in their beautiful home, and they were so kind, friendly and accommodating! The Wine Country Casita was so cute, we didn't want to leave! It had all the amenities you could ask for and MORE! Fresh tomato plants growing by the front walkway, where they let us pick and eat the ripened tomatoes! Their sweet little kitty Willow, so friendly, just like her owners! The Casita itself was so roomy for a one-bedroom apartment style home. Great kitchen, with stacking washer and dryer (which we used due to my son's running gear!) We were there to see our son run in the Hood-to-Coast race and it was so centrally located to all the places we had to get to during the race, not to mention it was near family as well. The beds were comfy. They stocked the bathroom with all you needed. The furniture was all comfy and cozy. I just can't say enough good things about this place and it's owners. Now that we've been there, we will continue to come back as long as Mark and Lisa will have us! Thank you for a great and memorable stay! I strongly suggest ya'll give this wonderful little place a try. It's not just about the accommodations, which are important, but also about the kind people, like Lisa and Mark, you get to meet along the way.

This place is very nice, it’s clean and bright, and there is plenty of room. The kitchen & bath have all the essentials. The bed is comfortable, there’s a closet and a dresser. The living room furniture is very cozy and the views are great. The porch and patio furniture are also nice and the property is well manicured. We loved our stay here!
