It was ok we asked for an accessible room with twin beds which wasn't a problem but in the middle of the night my wife said swap me beds I'm itching like hell and the bedside like light didn't work.

Great location, poor hotel.
Arrival, room cold (no heating on when it was 0 degrees outside), smelled strongly of chemicals lacking towel. Told reception, who just stared blankly back. Morning, no TV. Reception offered to move us to another room, but that smelled too, plus second bed was not made. Day 2 no hot water. It was clear that there was a wider issue with the hotel as at reception others were complaining about missed wake up calls and no hot water.

Needs a little update on interior carpets.

The good: The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. New carpet was being installed in the rooms. Clean Beds are surprisingly comfortable. I stayed in two different rooms and both beds were equally comfortable. Close to the train station. Things that could be better: In room phones for local calls (pizza delivery etc) In room safe (none in the room) Longer curtains on the driveway side rooms to block parking lot lights. Hand towels (none) Shampoos is pretty strong and dried out my hair. All in all, I would certainly stay here again.

Bathroom and towels were clean and modern. Staff ay breakfast were lovely and helpful. Carpet in room was heavily stained and the room smelled of sweaty bodies, we had to buy fabreeze!! Check in staff, after charging us extra for dog, said we ask guests contact us if bringing their dog to which I replied I did but never got a reply. Would not recommend or stay there again, very overpriced for what you get.

As far as budget hotels go I would rate this as good all round. Everywhere that I could see was clean and tidy, room was of a good size, bed was comfy, bathroom spotless and shower worked a treat, staff were good, food choice very limited but toasty, curry and chips that we had was really well cooked, tasted really nice. If you want all the posh stuff don"t bother booking but if you want a down to earth budget hotel then i would definitely recommended. Would i stay again?? yes definitely

We stayed one night as a couple for the saltaire festival. Check in went smoothly. The lobby was great and I loved that the bar was open 24hrs for a nice coffee. Room was clean and tidy. We will definitely stay again.
