Full of charm with all the modern comforts to make your next holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible, as soon as you walk through the door you will love the ambience of the cottage, stunning timber floorboards throughout that lead to the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area. The living area is stylishly furnished and has a Smart TV and free Wifi and opens out onto the alfresco outdoor dining area and fully enclosed yard, which is perfect for children & pets to run around and play.

The property features a well-appointed kitchen with an electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, family size fridge/freezer and microwave and internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer which is located in the single garage.

Two bedrooms with the main having a Queen Bed, ducted air conditioning and freestanding wardrobe and bedroom two having 2 Single Beds, sheets and bath towels and bed making are provided. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

There is a single garage and enough room to park a boat in the driveway.

There is a $200 refundable security deposit required with this property.

Lovely stay in Shoal Bay
We holiday frequently in the area, but wanted a yard for my young young to run rather than being at the top of an apartment. Still super close to beach, shops and Country Club. Kids would ride their scooters down to the water. Was very quiet and private. Would book again, perfect for just 4 of us. Even though it was July the weather was amazing and we did swim and enjoy lots of beach time. Always beautiful sunsets. Would recc this time of year so much quieter and relaxing than the summer.

Fantastic Break
Lovely, clean, well equiped house with secure garden for our little dogs. Great location and very short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed finishing our days with a relaxing BBQ in the garden. We will definitely be back.

Very nicely renovated with central heating, full kitchen and laundry. Nice quiet garden area - perfect for enjoying the winter sunshine. Good fences made it safe for the dogs. We enjoyed it very much!
