BEAUTIFUL, LARGE MOUNTAIN HOME IN TORREON, HOT TUB IN DECK, CHECK IN/OUT 1PM!

At 6,500 ft elevation, this property enjoys cooler temperatures than Phoenix or Tucson by 20-30 degrees in the summer and is located in the luxury resort community of Torreon, a gated and guarded Troon North community.

This mountain home has all the upgrades and finishes that you could ever want. The homeowners rented many Torreon properties in the past and built all their likes and dreams into this beautiful home. This is a strict NO PET policy home due to homeowner's kids allergies.
Please be aware that this property might not be well suited for toddlers: the hot tub is in the deck off the Master and although covered amd locked, it still presents a potential hazard to young children.
Kids Zone over the garage accessible inside, is a separate huge space with a smart TV, sofas, galley kitchen and games with sliding barn doors to the 4 Queen beds. An amazing space that is separated from the main house by a hall with the washer /dryer.
The main home has 2 Masters with ensuite bathrooms and 2 guest rooms on one level with a large open kitchen (Keurig and drip coffee machines), fireplace dominated living room and dining room. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils as well as ample pantry space, mattresses are all new, lovely finishes and high ceilings for that feeling of space. Two walls of windows bring in lots of light and the views onto the Ponderosa Pines.
However, the DECK is the crown jewel of this cabin: very private, 2 way fireplace, dining seating, living seating, smart TVs with cable connections on both sides of the fireplace AND a hot tub dropped in the deck. BBQ grill completes the outdoor living and cooking options... for an amazing time! We provide the propane tanks (with an extra full one in the garage) but suggest that you bring your own Duralogs as they burn cleaner than firewood and have less ash and sparks. High danger fire season seems to be lasting all year...

Due to the exorbitant cost and monthly restrictions of transfering social membership to our renters, we are only doing so for rentals 25 days or more.

In the winter, Sunrise Ski resort is only 45 miles down the road and is open for snow activities from November to April. Check out their website for the latest news!

This house was beautiful, well-stocked, and large enough for our extended family to stay during a trip to the mountain. We were out during the days, but hung out every night on the comfortable porch. Things we enjoyed: * SO many glasses, dishes, and servingware! * Plenty of bedrooms and beds * The bonus room above the garage was fantastic if you have a bunch of kids * Hot tub was clean and worked well Things renters should know: * Don't follow Waze directions -- it takes you on a 10-minute detour instead of the most direct route * Bring bath soap, since none is provided

Beautiful getaway for large groups
Beautiful views, huge house with plenty of room for our family of 12. Loved the outdoor Jacuzzi and patio area as well as gas fire table for nighttime sitting. Plenty of stores close by to shop or for grabbing last-minute items. Whole house is clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and an abundance of clean towels. My family had an amazing time, and loved the location. We will be back. Communication was fast anytime we had any questions about the property.

A group of us were there for the Billie Family Foundation golf tournament that Barry Nicks helped run, the house was amazing, sadly we had a few people cancel, but it was perfect, the house was in excellent shape, everything we needed was right there for us, to the point we kinda felt bad we were not able to utilize all the amenities of the house. Again an amazing place to stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you.

We had an amazing time. The house was exactly what we needed. The amount of large size beds (for couples) is hard to come across and this had plenty. We loved the kids zone. Was perfect to have them on one side of the home. It was beautiful and updated. I would definitely stay here again. The host Stacey was amazing and came through when needed. Communication was on point. There were a few spots(like a drink spilled) on the floor that were missed (or if they mopped ahead of time) but over all clean and we loved the place. Definitely recommend staying here.

This is an amazing property!! One of the best VRBO experiences we have had! The house is clean and has an excellent layout. We spent most of our days hanging out on the incredible back deck. We loved the home. We did have multiple issues with the Hot Tub which was dissapointing but they tried to have it fixed ASAP. The last issue could not get fixed in time for us to use the last two nights. The only thing I feel I was dissapointed with was the comfort of the furniture. Outdoor furniture was not comfortable and neither were the couches inside. Beds were nice and kitchen was fully stocked. They did not provide enough trash bags but when I called they had them over that day. We had a great week where I celebrated my 50th birthday. Beautiful weather and close to everything. Hopefully we will be back.

Incredible home! Perfect for our family get together!
The home was amazing and exactly as described on website. It is large with lots of indoor and outdoor space. We had 13 staying at the home and we never felt crowded. The home is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The patio and game room were our favorite parts of the home. We had a fire in the patio fireplace two of the 3 nights and we ate every meal out on the patio. We sat outside and watched family videos on the large screen tv. We enjoyed the jacuzzi each night! It was a magical weekend! The home is surrounded by pines so you feel like you are in the mountains but you are near all that Show Low has to offer. Fool Hollow Lake is just a 5 minute drive from the home. The early check in and the late checkout of 1:00 pm, was a huge bonus! A recommendation would be to update the instruction book of the home as it is outdated. There isn't a lot of detailed information on the VRBO website either but the host was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

I booked this property for the spa. upon arrival the spa water was green. the number to call for the company who serviced the spa said they no longer work for the owner and gave a different company to call. I called the 2nd pool service company who said yes, we service that spa and we'll be out today to drain and re-start. They never showed up. I then drained the green sap myself and refilled to only find out that the breaker trips and the spa doesn't work, which is why the water is green.

A beautiful snow vacation indeed...
This is not our first time staying at one of Stacey's properties. She has some really nice places in the Show Low area, a definite must stay if you ever need to get away. The rental place was way bigger than what the pictures showed on the site, which was a huge plus in our book. The entire house gave all the couples enough room and space for everyone to have privacy whenever necessary. The backyard patio/outside deck was so amazing. It had 2 TVs and a Hot Tub to chill in while the family grilled on the outside BBQ grill. The bonus was we received snow on the 3rd day there, which added to the beauty of this cabin. This place provides everything you need and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy a vacation with family, in your beautiful cabin.

Very accommodating manager. We needed a pack-n-play for a little one and she made that happen. Home was very clean and the open area was great for our whole family while also having great individual areas for each individual family. The outside area is wonderful although weather kept us from utilizing it during this visit.
