The beds are comfortable. They do not give you many towels and if you ask for more they tell you no. This happened 2/3 days of our stay to my family and my friend’s family who was also staying there. 3rd floor smells like cigarettes in the hallway between rooms 309-316. Breakfast is decent for the value. I gave it 5 stars for the value because the rooms are reasonably priced, but amenities and service are very, very average.

Pros. King suite is a very nice room and the staff was prompt with requests. Nice fitness room. I had booked 2 adults and 1 children but towels were only for two people and there were no sheets for the pull out couch. We alerted the front desk and they brought the extra towels and sheets within 5 minutes. Cons Staff seems to be manning both the Microtel and Wingate so finding them was tricky. When we arrived it was 96°F outside and 84° in the hotel common areas and the AC had not been turned on in the room. Easy fix for the room but it would have nice to have had running at all prior to arrival. Also the AC was not on in the fitness room. This seems to be a common practice in the area, my guess is to save money. The pool is not a pool, it is a large whirlpool spa. If you do have kids, stay at the Microtel. The cons might seem long but the staff assistance and the appeal and comfort of the room prompts the Good rating.

Hotel was nice, friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a view of the neighboring buildings trash. The pool is shared with the hotel next door, like you have to go over to that one to swim.
