Fantastic location with a luxury vibe done with local style. Very convenient location, only a short walk to all the action of the 'old market' and 'pub street'. Super friendly staff who are very hospital and helpful. We booked a twin-room for our family with two teenage kids and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to add that little extra wow to the experience. There were certain elements of the soft product which took the stay from good to exceptional. For example they provided a coffee plunger and coffee grounds in the room for a fresh coffee. They provided sun hats by the roof top pool. They offered a turn down service. The hotel itself is brand new and the beds are extremely comfy. There’s two pools to choose from and multiple dining options. It is right in the centre of town just a few minutes from places to eat and explore. The breakfast is more ‘made to order’ than buffet style. It could be improved but was not at all bad. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend everyone else to stay.

A fabulous hotel and great value for money. The staff are wonderful, good humoured and very helpful. The room was huge with everything I needed and more. Two pools are a bonus and the food is good if you don't have energy to walk in the heat to a restaurant (although I only ate there once, preferring to explore Siem Reap)

This is a fantastic property in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the food selections were great. I would definitely stay here again! Two downsides: there is a beautiful window well in the room, but the light stays on all night, and need better blackout shades. The massage wasn't great, and they stained my shorts with the oil.

The service from the staff at the hotel and the attention to detail was excellent. From being greeted at reception, to organising the tours, the level of service is 5-star. The restaurants at the hotel are of high quality, there is an excellent range at breakfast and both pools are well attended. The location of the Aviary is excellent, only a 3-4 minute walk to the popular Pub Street area, but no noise. The rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. I would recommend the hotel to all visiting Siem Reap and would definitely stay here again. Special mentions go to: 1. Reaksmay - reception - greeted us upon arrival with respect and organised the temple tours for us 2. Pireak - pool attendant - always helpful and attentive 3. Sokhoeun Bout - tour guide guide - arranged by the hotel - I was would definitely request Mr Sokhoeun when arranging the tours. His knowledge of Siem Reap and the Angkor temples was immense and he knew the best routes and restaurants to stop at on our tours 4. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check in was easy and we were made aware of all of the hotel facilities. The room was large, clean and had excellent air conditioning. Plenty of options for breakfast including eggs and other items cooked freshly to order. The pool area was clean and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced - happy hour made this even better! AMAZING HOTEL IN MIDDLE OF TOWN
AMAZING! Firstly, we live in Siem Reap, have done for a LONG time, so we are familiar with a lot of accommodation here. Secondly, we have stayed at this hotel before, for a Birthday staycation (as we did again just now). This, in my humble opinion, is one of the best hotels in town, for price / value and the sheer location of being in the middle of town. And yet there is no real noise pollution, it's set back from the busy road enough to create a calm oasis. The design is unique and has real charm. The build is fantastic, and the finishings in the rooms are all to a high standard. The rooms themselves are BIG, all with balconies overlooking tropical gardens. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. The food is good and the Flock Cafe on the ground floor is great, as is the Glide Rooftop Bar. And of course the Japanese restaurant attached - all amazing. There are two swimming pools, one downstairs in a courtyard, and on the roof near the Glide Bar. F & B is served at both. Couldn't recommend more...

Great central location. Excellent pools and pool areas. The real winner is the staff who were friendly, welcoming and immensely helpful. Breakfast could be improved in quality and variety of items. Overall excellent value for money in Siem Reap.
