Apartment on the first floor of a historic building of the Thousand, located in the historic center, a few steps from Piazza del Campo, the Duomo and all the major historic sites of the city. Siena is a romantic and quiet city of the province closed to the. traffic of machines. The old town is ztl within the walls can not enter with the cars there are paid parking areas see the website www. sienaparcheggi. co. for details. I recommend if you arrive by car at the station only 15 minutes from the center and the cheapest about 3 € per day ... in front of the bus station and taxi. bus price q. 50 taxis 10-12 € approx
If you take the bus to the center, ask for the one to Piazza Gramsci, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Siena is pleasant to walk in the historic alleys .... the owner lives in the building of the apartment for rent and is available for every need

Wonderful stay in the heart of Siena
Excellent location, spacious and well-equipped. Costanza is a friendly and engaging host. Particularly recommended if you prefer the charm and individuality of an old "tipico" historic building over a modern anonymous one. Siena deserves at least a few days of your itinerary. We stayed 6 nights and would return.

Costanza was a wonderful and very responsive host. The part of the property we stayed on is exactly as described. Super private, quiet, great place to unwind. Supermarkets close by. Quick access to Florence. Definitely recommend!!!

Charming tuscan style apt. Location is amazing close to everything! Even with the rain and storms we felt at home, One suggestion a good coffee maker! And maybe some bottled water in frig, wine? We will be back someday be back

I am writing this note for my daughter, Lynn, as I arranged her 3 nights at Costanza’s beautiful apartment. Lynn loved every minute of her time in this fabulous, heritage property, right in the heart of Siena. Everything was perfect, and Costanza was the loveliest hostess. Wonderfully Traditional
This was our second stay at Costanza’s delightful apartment. We only stayed two nights this time and enjoyed the fireplace as much as before. The apartment has very high ceilings and huge rooms. It is beautifully equipped with Italian dishes and all the pots and pans you need. We recognized the traditional feel of the apartment and loved it. Costanza is on site and readily available to address any issues and provide information. Hope to return for a third visit!

In the heart of Siena
Constanza was a very helpful host, helping us with dining reccomendations and even helping us get a package posted back to the US. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, while private to the apartment, was down a hall and up some stairs, making a bit inconvenient if needed during the night. Location is in the heart of the walled city with little restaurants and markets just steps outside. Parking is outside the walls and a taxi is highly suggested!

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Siena. Vrey clean and well furnished. Beautiful living room / kitchen with a wonderful fire place. Nice large bedroom. Highly secure apartment and very safe. Everything is within walking distance including the Piazza del Campo and the Duomo. Costanza, who owns the apartment, was a wonderful hostess and very friendly. She also does excellent cooking classes that are highly recommended and very delicious! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and comfortable stay in historic location. Hostess was very helpful on check in. Apartment was somewhat dark and brighter lights might be suggested if possible. Great fridge and dishwasher if needed. Coffee provided and appreciated.

Absolutely Fantastic!
The apartment is outstanding. It is a 5 to 15 minute walk to everything within the walls of Siena. The apartment is over 1,000 years old with 16 foot ceilings yet all amenities are completely modern. And I cannot say enough about Costanza who is such a knowledgeable hostess and d wonderful person. Plus believe it or not she is a direct descendant of both Pope Plus 1 and II Costanza really should charge more for such a precious property.

Costanza was a very nice and friendly host whose shop is below the apartment we stayed in. The space is quite large and spread out, the bathroom had all we needed and the location is great in the Giraff district. The only downside was the air-conditioning which is mentioned in the description was actually a couple of plug in fans which only circulated the hot air as it was August and upwards of 26-30 degrees meaning we only slept there rather than spend time there which we had hoped to do. If a couple of actual air conditioners were installed it would really benefit the comfort level of staying there. Costanzas family have had this home for 6 generations!

Historical Rental in Perfect Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Costanza's spacious apartment. The location is walking distance to all the tourist attractions and great affordable restaurants, a gelateria and a small grocery store. The best part of the rental is its host! Constanza lives right across the hall and is readily available for anything you need. While we were there for our 30 day stay the fridge went out and Costanza had a new one installed right away. For the inconvenience she treated us to a delicious home cooked Italian meal. She gives Italian cooking classes and we would highly recommend you sign up for one. Loved staying at a property that is approximately 1000 years old and living among the locals. Highly recommend this lovely rental.
