Lovely Tuscan Country House

A corner of paradise in the green of the magnificent Tuscan countryside.
A lovely apartment consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and large veranda, free WI FI.
Relax and nature just 10 minutes from the historic center of Siena.

The apartment, entirely on the ground floor, is located in a wonderful typical Tuscan farmhouse from the early 1900s, completely renovated, surrounded by green countryside, and is located in the Costafabbri area.
The historic center of Siena can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Given the location of the apartment, we prefer to accept guests with cars, motorbikes or bicycles. Public transportation is not available (bus, tram, metro, etc.).
Two double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a large veranda are available to guests. The external veranda overlooks the delightful and large garden, lovingly cared for by the owners.

The owners will be present for check-in and check-out and will always be available to guests for any needs and to provide suggestions and useful information to make your stay in Siena special.

Maximum respect for the apartment is required.
Smoking is not allowed in the house but only outside (an ashtray will be available on the veranda).
Pets are not allowed.
The price includes sheets, towels and final cleaning.
It is forbidden to use the fireplace inside the apartment.

CITY TAX
The Municipality of Siena has imposed a tourist tax for those staying overnight in one of the accommodation facilities in the municipal area. The daily amount per person is € 2.00. The tourist tax is NOT INCLUDED in the price of the apartment and will be paid on the spot upon your arrival.

Lovely apartment very close to Siena
Great stay at this lovely country apartment 10 minutes away from Siena. The apartment is in a restored farm house and was spacious for us, near a restaurants, grocery, and highway. Unfortunately, the weather was very cool so could not use their lovely patio. Siena was beautiful but better to visit early morning as it gets crowded. We used St. Katherine parking garage a perfect location. I highly recommend this country home for your next trip

The property was more than we anticipated. The veranda was gorgeous. We used it as much as possible. The property owners were respectful and responsive. It was a joy meeting the family. We stayed for 2 weeks and we were sad to leave. The property is located in a convenient location. Recommend this property for a long stay. You will not regret your stay.

Wonderful home!
This was our favorite rental in Italy! The location was beautiful and easy access for day trips around Tuscany. The home was spacious, clean, well equipped, safe, and very comfortable. Even though the weather was hot, the home was cool. The host was friendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Would definitely love to stay there again.

A localização foi perfeita para as viagens diárias que fizemos nesta região e para visitar Siena, apenas a 10 minutos de distância. A casa corresponde às fotos e à descrição apresentadas. O terraço é muito agradável e acabámos por fazer aqui algumas das nossas refeições. Os quartos e, em particular as camas, são ótimos. A anfitriã foi extraordinária! Diese Ferienunterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen am Rande von Siena. Große Räume und eine wunderschöne Terrasse machen den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Highlight. Die Gastgeber waren immer bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön und komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

EIne wunderschöne Ferienwohnung nur ca. 3km vom Zentrum Siena entfernt.
Sehr nette Vermieter mit denen die Übergabe der Wohnung und alle Formalitäten problemlos funktioniert hatten. Die Vermieter wohnen ein einem separaten Gebäude auf dem großen Gelände. Die Wohnung ist ca. 100 qm groß und sehr schön etwas außerhalb von Siena. Umgeben von Natur. Die Terrasse mit ihrer Überdachung ist ideal und schützt bei sehr warmem Wetter und auch falls es mal regnet. Die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert. Wir haben den Urlaub dort sehr genossen.
