We loved our stay at this property in Siesta Key. We couldn’t get our kids out of the pool with the awesome slide long enough to even go to the beach. Very walkable to Siesta Key Village and all of the restaurants and entertainment there and very close to the beach.

We loved staying in this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 8. The backyard and pool area was so accomodating and the younger adults had so much fun. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house, and the village area is right down the street. We would definitely recommend this home. The management company was extremely responsive and took care of every question/need in an expeditious manner. The entire experience was amazing.

This house was everything it said it was! The king suits were large and large enough to also put pack and plays in for our new little family members! The bunk room held 5 of the grandkids comfortably and had room to play in. So we had 8 adults and 8 kids in the bedrooms more than comfortably! The beds were comfortable and clean and all had their own attached bathrooms which were all large and very clean! The front of the house was large enough for all of us to gather in while eating and hanging out. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked for any cooking we did. The pool area and backyard was absolutely perfection! The kids and adults loved the slide and waterfall, day and night! There was tons of space for all of the adults to sit and hang out and soak up the sun while watching small kids play in the water! There were also many games of putt putt played during the week! The location of this house could not be more perfect also! The beach was a 5 minute walk at the most! We could walk to most any place to eat in 3 to 5 minutes. But you never would have known how close you were because when outside it was quiet! It was so perfect for our group with 8 kids under 9 years of age. You could load up a couple wagons and walk to the beach or dinner in minutes, we only used the rental cars basically to get groceries. We spent most days pool side, load the wagons around 4, walk by the daiquiris deck, then head to the beach for fun! We will rent again for sure!

The house and location were just as described. The pool and hot tub are great, beach is very close, and we enjoyed being able to walk to the shops and restaurants just around the corner. There were a few issues with the check in process I was not completely happy with. I booked this property on Jan 3 with an arrival date of Jan 7. The initial communication I received on Jan 3 from the rental company explained that since that a booking this close to arrival would require a pic of my drivers license and credit card which would be requested through a separate email. I received the booking confirmation, rental agreement, receipt for payment charged to my card, welcome letter, etc. on Jan 4, but no request for additional information. I thought everything must be OK- my booking was confirmed, my credit card was charged, they welcomed me and wished me well on my stay. The day of my check in as I'm driving to Siesta Key I decide to stop and check my email one more time- not something I would normally do as I'm flying / driving to my vacation location. I see that I have an email received at 11:15 am on the day of my stay explaining that I must reply immediately with my license and credit card pictures or I would not be allowed to stay.....why did they wait until the day I'm supposed to check in to send this email I wonder? I reply to the email with the info and continue on my way. An hour later, there had been no response so I called and was put in touch with a rep who gave me her personal business email address to send the info to. There were no issues with the stay and we enjoyed the home, but at least in my case the check in process could be improved.

We were there for a girls trip. The location was wonderful, the house was spacious and beautiful. The staff was always available, and responded quickly for questions. There was a few issues with cleanliness with a bathroom, and the outside area. They offered to have the cleaning crew come back, but we just cleaned it up ourselves.

I enjoyed the communication with management. Few interruptions, just pool cleaner twice for about 40 minutes, which was appreciated. Neighbors were very close, but generally quiet after 11pm. The yard and pool was still private. I only drove my car twice, once to check out St Armamds circle and once for a fishing charter. Walked to restaurants, bars and Beach.

Beautiful Family House - Perfect Location!
This home is a beautiful property that is located within walking distance—a few minutes—of vibrant Siesta Village, which is buzzing with restaurants, shops and a grocery market, and Siesta Beach Access #5, which is a great part of Siesta Beach away from the crowds of the main public beach further south on Beach Road. The bedrooms are ample with private bathrooms, and the open common areas are more than adequate to gather together for meals and some end of day relaxation. The giant kitchen island, which seats 14 comfortably was great for eating, kid activities, and puzzling (plenty of space), which we love! The backyard pool/spa and gaming areas—putting green, pool table, and card table—were a hit with all the kids and adults. The water slide is AMAZING and provided for hours of fun for the kids. A deck above provided another view for watching the kids without having to be poolside. This property is a 10 by all measures!

Ideal layout! We had so much fun in the hottub, cooling off in the pool, sliding down the slide, watching football from the pool, playing golf, billiards, grilling lunch, and card games outside. Appreciated the beach chairs that we could easily carry to the gorgeous soft, white sand of the Gulf. Short walk to the Village made every evening spectacular. And, seating all 10 of us at the fantastic kitchen table for breakfast and late night card games made the week even more special. We enjoyed it very much!!

We had the best weekend ever at this property. I still can’t get over how fantastic everything was, from the house, the backyard with the poor/slide, hot tub, a huge island table that seated 14 people- I can go on and on. Children? This is the place. The pool is incredible. Kids lived in it. Slide..holy smoke. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. Kitchen table seats 16. One block from the village, restaurants, groceries etc. Can't wait to return. Only suggestion is update living room furniture...isn't on par with rest of house.

We have 6 kids, ages 6-30, the bonus kids/in laws and 3 grand kids. All 12 of us stayed comfortably in this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The kitchen and living area provides plenty of space for family dinners, the entertainment area and pool provides unlimited hours of fun for all ages and the short walk to the village or the beach is amazingly convenient! We all enjoyed our time at this property and home to return in the future!

The property is absolutely stunning. There was a towel holder and 2 toilet paper holders that are loose, but it’s a rental so I’m sure it’s to be expected. Siesta Key village and the market are a short walk away and the beach is about a 2 block walk. Red tide made us not be able to enjoy the beach much but the pool and slide were amazing! Would definitely be back.

This home is wonderful! So close to the beach and village! Walked everywhere with ease and felt like we could enjoy Siesta Key to its fullest. The house was great, especially the pool! You will not regret a stay here.
