I enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only thing missing rated poor/average on the property was that the job on the heater was missing, so I had no heat in the room.

This is an older property. It was a place to just lay your head down. Nothing fancy about property. This is an older motel not a hotel.

The room was clean.But you could see nails in the ceiling.i thought they were holes at first so it kinda freaked me out .they shower was a handicap shower and it got water all in the floor so that was a mess.but the bed was comfortable. Tv worked.

The rooms were disgusting, the sheets were covered in ā€œhuman fluidā€ when we arrived. Not only did we have to change our own sheets after discovering this, but when we left to go to our event, the manager unlocked our door and allegedly stole from us. They will not let us contact the owner, and they refuse to refund us. Expedia however, gave us a small account credit for our ridiculous and unreasonable troubles.

Room had no remote. Went down and they gave me one and told me the steps to set it up. I tried for an hour, it still wouldn't work. So I called and he kept saying "I'm not sure. It's the HDMI" over and over again. He didn't come to help. I have up and stayed without a television. Desk clerk was very unhelpful.

The good- overall room was clean, remodeled, air conditioned working, beds were comfortable. Staff allowed us to switch rooms. The bad- 1st room, TV didnā€™t work, toilet obviously not cleaned from previous guest. Poor lighting, no lamps,cigarette burned holes in comforters/linen, no breakfast, owners block drive thru with personal car. No refunds!! My mistake- shouldā€™ve read booking info. I wonā€™t stay here again. But.. for the price, the comfort is better than most 2 star hotels. I just realized I am a 3-4 star kinda lady.

Bad rude owner/management
The stay itself was fine but the "owner/manager" was a very rude little chump who likes to talk down to ppl especially women and treat them poorly. My partner left something very personal to her by mistake and we called the same day to see if we could retrieve the item and the little male got mad and would not even attempted to find it and hold it for us to come pick it up. While the regular staff was and is very accommodating and do their best. The so-called owner manager needs to be shown you don't treat customers poorly/rudely.

When I first arrived the lady seemed annoyed I was here to check in and stayed on her personal phone the im entire time of check in when I got into my room you could definitely tell they were remodeling and when I was getting ready to take a shower I grabbed the shower bar and almost fell out because it was just laid in giant holes to look like it was in place and on top of that I noticed mattresses outside so I assumed they got new ones and when I went to get into the bed I noticed something and it was bed bugs which I see they are replacing stuff to get rid of them but you have to replace EVERYTHING not just one mattress. Then when I went to leave the next day I had my dog get into my car and they were mad and said I did not tell them I had a dog when I clearly told her at check in I had a dog because it said on the window to let them know but she was so busy in the phone she didnā€™t pay me any attention and charged me double for my dog and didnā€™t give me my full refund back all in all I would not recommend
