We simply loved this place everything you see in the ad is correct only one thing make sure if you want a place with a balcony or outdoor garden, make sure you read the specifics cause not all of the places come with that other than that this place is great. I love it will be returning on my next visit.

The Hills is absolutely wonderful!! It's right in the middle of the most busy street in St. Maarten so you're close to everything. Staying here made me feel my home away from home!! I love it soo much & will definitely be back!

This property is not far from local restaurants and nightlife. It’s a great distance from the airport. The staff there were very attentive and helpful when we needed anything. The only thing is they’re hard to find because they’re never in the office.

The condo was very modern and clean with fantastic views and the pool was amazing. We were one of the first to use the space. Unfortunately the elevator wasn't working due to the flooding in the area and it was on the 5th floor (6th from the parking garage). A few issues to sort out (water seeps on to the floor from the shower) a few small things were missing in the kitchen and the water was suddenly turned off on our last morning in the unit with no warning - but overall a great stay in a beautiful unit/building.
