It is a little tricky to find the front door, as the hotel exists within another building. But once there, the 24-hour staff are very helpful and having amenities like a pool and laundry were convenient. It felt very secure. It’s close to the Riverside shopping and dining area.

I have stayed here a few times for work and also for holiday. It's a very convenient location with great access to transportation. Access to shared kitchen and self service laundromat is great. Rooms are modern and clean and staff are fantastic always ready to help with anything.

Great location, professional staff, very clean
Amazing location in financial district, very close to Raffles Place MRT station, Boat Quay (literally just behind the building) and right next to the Market Street Hawkers Centre. The "catch" is that nothing around the building really opens on the weekend (hawker centre included) given it is meant for the business crowd. Housekeeping is only a few times a week, but request for extra towels and toilet paper etc are quick. The pool is great, and there laundromat area is amazing (pricey S$16 combined for wash and dry) but it does the job with just one cycle. Very impressed. The not so good: When we are staying (March 2024) they are pumping out this "signature" fragrance 24/7 which they claim smells of pear and verbena, and this is super strong not only in public areas but also pumped into each room non stop. It is not the best and all our belongings still smell of it days after we left. A nice scent but may be not into rooms?! Also the "check in" desk seems a bit understaffed around peak times. When we check in around 6.30pm we waited around a long time with a long queue. There is also an online survey that we had to fill in on the spot which could have been done earlier.

All in all this is a great location and well appointed room/property (it's very new).Only not is that this is a serviced apartment not a hotel so room cleaning isn't daily.

Overall it was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location was absolutely fantastic. Right in the centre - subway really close - M&S even closer on way to subway - room an kitchen area was a bit smaller than others we’ve stayed in and not a huge amount of wardrobe space but still very good value for the price
